DNA Fishing bids you a warm welcome to Oswego, New York. With over 26 years of professional chartering experience, Captain Donald Lavoie and his wife Andrea will do their best to make your day of fishing as fun and enjoyable as possible. They will take you out to Lake Ontario and show you the best spots for landing that prized catch. Feel free to tell them if you have any preferences. They want you to enjoy your trip and be as involved as you want to be.

Your adventure will take place on a 28’ Baha Cruiser performance fishing boat that can safely take up to 5 anglers. This boat is powered by a 350 HP Mercury Magnum 6.2 liter engine that can reach cruising speeds of 25 knots. The boat uses extensive navigation electronics, has a portable toilet, and comes with an ice-box and downriggers for all your needs.

You and your guides will be chasing King Salmon, Coho Salmon and Brown Trout on the lake. To attract them, you can try trolling with light tackle, so you know you’re in for a battle. The fish you catch is yours to keep if you want it,  fish cleaning is available at the dock for a small fee. Be sure to bring a cooler to bring yiur filets home.

The crew will also provide you with all the fishing rods, reels, tackle, and lures for the trip. All you need to do is bring some snacks, drinks, and ensure everyone on board has a fishing license, and you’ll be set to go.
