Geen trip naar Lake Michigan is compleet zonder Whitecap Charters. Dit gezinsvriendelijke bedrijf is eigendom van en wordt gerund door schipper Kent Seymour, een ervaren visser en geduldige gids. Zijn bemanning zal hun woorden niet sparen om je de basis van het vissen bij te brengen – ze zullen hard werken om ervoor te zorgen dat je je koelbox vult en een geweldige vangst mogelijk maakt.
Het seizoen begint in mei en loopt tot oktober. Je zult licht materiaal gebruiken in de lente en zomer en later in het seizoen overschakelen op vissen met zwaar materiaal.
De lijst van je potentiële vangsten omvat Coho en Chinook Zalm, Breedbekbaars, Amerikaanse Meerforel en Forel, Amerikaanse Gele Baars en Regenboogforel. Tijdens je dag op Lake Michigan gebruik je hoogwaardig materiaal en uitrusting van Shimano, Okuma en Ugly Stik.
De 'TROUBLE MAKER' is een 29' Bayliner Trophy Pro kajuitboot met voldoende ruimte voor maximaal 6 vissers. Ze is volledig uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een productieve dag op Lake Michigan, van eersteklas elektronica tot een privétoilet.
Alle trips zijn inclusief het gebruik van materiaal, uitrusting, aas en een visschoonmaakservice.
Catering is ook beschikbaar tegen een EXTRA VERGOEDING voor drukke vissers die geen tijd hebben om lunch en drankjes mee te nemen.

Great Morning Trip

Adam was knowledgeable of the area and put us on lake trout immediately. We limited out and had a great time talking with Adam. Highly recommend.

The bite was slow for all boats, all evening. However, Kent he put in a little extra time and we put 4 quality fish in the boat in about 20 minutes! That kind of effort is appreciated!

My father, brother, and I had a nice time out with Captain Adam. We caught our limit for lake trout and tried for salmon, but it was too early in the evening. The boat was nicely equipped, and the dock was easy to find. Parking was easier than I thought it would be. It is one street over from the marina and wasn’t crowded which I thought it would be because the main street it connects to was jampacked at that time of day. This was our first charter trip so a bit more information about what was happening would have been helpful. When all the rods started getting set up, we weren’t actually sure we’d be doing anything at all except watching. But as it turns out, we are the ones to reel the fish in. An FYI, if you’re new like us.
