His 23’ boat is the perfect size for groups of 4. Brand new in 2019, this boat is comfortable and spacious. There are deluxe armchairs for anglers, so once the lines are set you can sit down and relax until the fish bites. This is great for the elderly and children alike.

The day will be spent trolling for Chinook and Coho Salmon in the bay and mouth of Rogue River between July to September. Chinook is usually between 15–40 pounds. Coho fish are usually 6–15 pounds and give a great fight. Limits apply for both fish – the captain will keep you informed of current regulations.

Capt. Jayson is great with kids and novices. He is patient and will happily explain the ropes of fishing to you. Trolling is perfect for everyone – there’s nothing better than sitting back with a cold drink waiting for a monster to bite!

You’ll need to bring along a few bits. You must have a fishing license. If your trip is in the morning, buy the license before the day. If you’re fishing the afternoon trip, the license can be bought at the marina on the day.

You’ll need to bring a small cooler of food and drinks, too. Wear light clothing in layers.

Included in the price are top of the line Lamiglas 8’8” rods and Tekota 500 reels with counters. Your captain will fillet your catch after the trip.
