Beroemd om zijn ongelooflijke stranden, het Hajar-gebergte en eindeloze vismogelijkheden, is Fujairah een topbestemming voor alle doorgewinterde vissers die de grootste trofee willen vangen die de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten te bieden hebben. En er is geen betere manier om de Golf van Oman te verkennen dan met Darfeel Charters.
Schipper Volodymyr Ivanchenko vist al meer dan een kwart eeuw in het gebied en is een lokale legende geworden met talloze terugkerende klanten. Hij bezit en beheert een 28' catamaran die plaats biedt aan maximaal 6 gasten en 2 bemanningsleden.
'C'est La Vie' is uitgerust met een 150 PK Honda-motor, outriggers om uw bereik te vergroten, een levendaastank om uw aas vers te houden, en koelboxen voor uw drankjes en eten. Het is ook uitgerust met hoogwaardige GPS en fishfinder om u tijd te besparen bij het zoeken naar uw droomvangst.
De kenmerken van de boot zijn geschikt voor verschillende soorten vissen en weersomstandigheden, zelfs ver van de kust, op open zee, waar het water meer dan 100 meter diep is. Afhankelijk van uw wensen brengt de schipper u naar verschillende locaties en past hij verschillende technieken toe.
U kunt verwachten te gaan werpen, trollen, bodemvissen en zelfs vliegvissen in de jacht op zwaargewichten zoals Zeilvis, Wahoo, Goudmakreel, Tonijn, Koningsmakreel en wat er verder nog op uw verlanglijstje staat. U krijgt ook de kans om onderweg uw eigen levend aas te vangen op weg naar de meest productieve visgronden!
Uw schipper is een professionele duiker, dus hij kan u alle tips en trucs laten zien als u uw tenen wilt onderdompelen. Snorkelapparatuur is op aanvraag beschikbaar, laat het de schipper van tevoren weten.
De eerste maat zal er ook voor u zijn, wat u ook nodig heeft, dus fooien voor zijn inspanningen worden zeer gewaardeerd. Al het andere is bij de prijs inbegrepen – van eersteklas materiaal, kunstaas en vergunningen tot frisdranken en het schoonmaken van de vangst.
Vissers van alle leeftijden zijn welkom, dus zorg ervoor dat u uw kinderen meeneemt op een trip die ze zich jarenlang zullen herinneren!

We headed out onto the water on time and after a short stop for fresh bait fish we were trolling for some trophies. We caught some decent sized Dorado trolling and then returned for more bait to begin casting. Casting was when we really got the volume up, not as many bigger Dorado but plenty of them. At the end of the trip, the guys offered to fillet them all and did a great job with that as well. My friends and I started making plans for our next trip, hopefully all day! The crew were very nice and answered all of our questions, see you guys again soon.

From the start, contact was great and set the tone for a great couple of days fishing. Unfortunately we had been let down by another boat so I was chasing last minute for an alternative. Glad we ended up with Cest la vie as we had a great days fishing with no issues at all.
Nixon, our captain, was great, helpful and knowledgeable and did all he could to catch up fish. We landed quite a few mahi and small tuna (Bonito) but was unfortunate that we had a sailfish hit a lure then follow for a minute but didn't take...... That's fishing!
For background, there were 3 of us fishing and there was plenty of room on the boat, a 4th person would of been no problem. We're also all fisherman and feel we were given a good experience, allowed to get on with it when needed and helped any time we asked any questions.
Overall we all greatly enjoyed our fishing days and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. An added bonus was the price is quite reasonable especially when compared to others to fish exactly the same waters.
Thank you, we'll be back at some point!

Had an excellent fishing trip (morning session) with Darfeel.
Capt. Volodymyr gave us a very warm and friendly welcome.
Check in etc. very fast and easy going.
Skipper Dixon did a great job and brought us where the fish was.
Catched 15 (!) Dorados which is new record for us.
Unfortunately didn’t catch Marlin or Bonitos, but that’s nature and we have to be happy to catch any fish.
It would have even been possible to go home without fish, but today we were more than lucky (or had the benefit of Skipper Dixon‘s experience).
Can highly recommend Capt. Volodymyr and Skipper Dixon - we will certainly repeat!

kicked off at 12 and spent 5 hours trolling. weather was great and Vladimir did a great job keeping us happy during the trip. We are not really fishermen but he got use three fish, which we cooked and ate right at the marina! Talk about fresh!!

Afternoon Trip with Captain Vladimir.

I am not great fisherman and go for fishing very occasionally. At this time my brother with family came to visit me and we decided to try fishing. Despite the fact that no one form us have tried trolling before we were very successful and got onboard 18 tunas. Great thanks to Captain Vladimir and his assistant Dixon who have instructed us how to work with fishing tool. They were also very patient. We were also lucky to see dolphins. We had a great trip out on the sea with Vladimir! A great friendly Captain with good knowledge of the area. We have got more than we’ve expected. I would, defiantly, go again with this charter.
