And if fishing awesome fish like Sailfish, Marlin, Mahi Mahi, and Wahoo isn’t your cup of tea, why not try spearfishing them instead? Up to 10 people can get up close and personal, and try their hand at spearfishing. Just let the Captain know before the trip if you would like to try.

High Z’s Fishing Tours have something for everyone. If you don’t want to fish big game, they are happy to bottom fish for Snapper, Yellowtail, and Grouper. Puerto Plata is a great fishing spot for bottom fishing, and you will not leave empty-handed! Let us know what you’re interested in hooking, and he will make your fishing dreams come true!

Our captains love to see you happy, and if you’re feeling hungry on the longer trips, he knows exactly what to do! One of his passions in life is cooking, so as a special service, he will cook the fish you have caught on board, for no extra fee! The journey from sea to plate has never been smaller or more delicious!

They use the best of Penn and Shimano rods and reels, and will also provide fruits and snacks on all trips. You can even expect a sandwich on the longer trips. The only thing not included is the tip for the First Mate. You will also need to bring sunscreen and polarized sunglasses.
