It’s time to book a trip with Too Lethal Charters today! These guys are a dedicated crew of experienced fishermen who will do everything they can to make sure you have a safe, fun, and enjoyable day out fishing with them. You’ll be fishing with Captain Scott, who knows all the best places to take you out for the most productive day.

Hop on board his 27’ center console, perfect for groups of 6. This beautiful boat is decked out with full safety and navigational equipment, so you can fish with peace of mind.

Depending on which trip you choose, you can usually expect to head out around 6–7 miles from shore. At most, you’ll be 12 miles out, which is about a 40-minute boat ride. This is where you’ll be targeting Sailfish and Yellowfin Tuna. Closer to shore, you can target Red Snapper, Red Grouper, Mutton and Yellowtail Snapper, Amberjack, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Kingfish, and more. Whatever your skill level, there’s a fish out here with your name on it.

Children of all ages are welcome on board. Parents will need to bring life vests along for very small children. Older children have life vests on board for them to use.

The captain will provide Shimano and Penn conventional rods and reels. These are top quality and won’t let you down when reeling in your dream catch. You’re welcome to bring your own fly fishing gear. Only 1 person can fly fish at a time.

Feel free to bring your own food and drink along. These can go into the captain’s cooler on board. Included in the price of the trip is the fishing license for the whole group as well as live bait when caught during the trip. There’s an additional cost if you want live bait bought before the trip.

Book a trip today with Too Lethal Charters for an unforgettable day out on the water.

Captain Scott: The Reel Deal
3/4 Day Trip on October 2, 20252 adults
Just two landlubbers out on the water for a day with not a clue. Captain Scott knew exactly how to handle us. Proficient in every way. Multiple methods for multiple fish, and even gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant on where we could have our catch cooked up. But the real cherry was a secret tip: cold fried fish the next morning is better than pizza. Booking with Captain Scott is the biggest cat you’ll make before a fish even hits your line. 10/10

Beautiful December Day with Expert Instructor
Half Day Trip (PM) on December 29, 20252 adults1 child
We had an amazing day out with Captain Scott today, who was super flexible when our reservation notification came in late. He did great with our daughter and with teaching us beginners new techniques. Just caught a few edible ones (more not up to snuff!); still tasty as ceviche! Would recommend.

Capt Scott saved the day!
Half Day Trip (PM) on June 16, 20252 adults
Bad weather conditions made it impossible to fish for Mahi. Capt Scott made a valiant effort to make the trip happen, but ultimately we had to put safety first. We returned to the dock, switched up baits and headed to the Gulf of America to shark fish. At least 6 hook-ups! Great fights bringing the sharks back to the boat. Though we were disappointed not to target Mahi, we had a blast with the sharks! Capt Scott took a bucket of lemons and made lemonade! Thanks Captain Scott!!
