Verken de prachtige wateren van Victoria door mee te gaan met Westernport Fishing Charters, en beleef je nieuwste zee-avontuur! Schipper Robin Gray heeft meer dan 25 jaar viservaring, en hij zorgt ervoor dat je een productieve dag hebt op deze visrijke gronden.

Je geniet van de dag op zijn 50' Westcoaster flybridge boot die plaats biedt aan maximaal 16 vissers, zodat je plezier kunt hebben met al je vrienden en familie. Het vaartuig heeft een groot dek met veel ruimte en zitplaatsen buiten. Er is alles wat je nodig hebt voor een comfortabel uitje, zoals een toilet, koelbox, een geluidssysteem voor entertainment, en het is rolstoeltoegankelijk.

De schipper heeft Shimano hengels en molens voor je, maar je moet een visvergunning halen, die 48 uur geldig is en online beschikbaar is. Je gaat vissen met vers aas. De bemanning fileert je vangst voor je, zodat je het mee naar huis kunt nemen om de vriezer te vullen of een lekker diner te bereiden.

Schipper Robin is gespecialiseerd in verschillende vistechnieken, zoals licht materiaal, bodemvissen en driftvissen. De bemanning staat klaar om je de beste methoden te laten zien voor het vangen van Wijting, Flathead, Guldenkop, Leatherjacket Horsmakreel, Zalm, Tailor en enkele haaiensoorten. De doelsoorten zijn afhankelijk van het seizoen en de omstandigheden.

Kinderen van alle leeftijden zijn welkom, en er zijn zwemvesten in alle maten aan boord. Dit kan een geweldige ervaring zijn om te delen met je familie, en je kunt prachtige herinneringen maken met je kinderen.

Je hebt koffie en thee aan boord, evenals een sausage sizzle lunch, maar je kunt je eigen koelboxen met drankjes en snacks meenemen. Zorg ervoor dat je je passend kleedt en zonnebescherming meeneemt, zodat je optimaal van je dag kunt genieten.

Fantastic day fishing at Westernport!

Bunch of deadly guys had a fantastic time bonding and indulging in their love for fishing. Some newbies got their first taste of fishing on a chartered boat! It was a fruitful day out on the water, with plenty of photos taken and every moment thoroughly enjoyed. A few of the guys had disabilities, but they had no trouble at all - the boat was cozy, spacious enough for fishing, and ensured their safety. Huge thanks to Captain Stuie & Lachie for providing them with an awesome fishing adventure!

Information and communication with Fishing Booker is so different from what you get from this operator. We only caught 4 small flathead that we could keep and few other fishes that we couldn’t due ti size and type of fish. Our expectation was a mixed fishes and more that we got according to the photos they advertised. When we complained the skipper (Stewie) blamed the kids not focusing and moving around too much. When we advised the kids to stay in one place we still didn’t catch any despite changing few fishing spots ( although in the close proximity). My friend asked about the use of fish finder sonar, the skipper said “ I use my brain”!!! When I asked him why our catch is so poor he attributed it to the wind despite it was a nice sunny day and no strong wind at all. His other excuse was the kids moving around. To me that was only excuses, trying to put the blame on his client is definitely not professional. I can see how defensive he gets with other reviews. I see others with other provider got far much better outcomes. This operator claims 25+ years of experience only to bring 4 small flathead home. I must also say that my communication was with another skipper by the name of (Robin), on the day I got (Stewie) with his assistant( Lochi). To his credit, though, the boat was well equipped, kids enjoyed the burger. But overall wasn’t a good value for money. You can get a better deal.

Mo we are sorry you feel like this you booked a 4 hour fishing trip which is our cheapest trip, the photos include other species of fish we target on longer trips which you were informed of in correspondence via fishing booker messaging system, you expected a premium trip on a budget price this is what you booked. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This is a great trip for exploring the beautiful waters of Western Port Bay in the south of Australia. You'll go out in the morning and try to reel in a variety of species, including King George Whiting, Flathead, Leatherjacket, Salmon, Tailor. All rods and reels will be provided on board, as well as lunch, coffee, and tea. Make sure to bring sunscreen and dress appropriately and get out on the water for a great time! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Unfortunately the weather was not what was forecasted it was blowing at least 25 knots instead of 10 knots forecasted despite the sunny day the wind is our enemy, so we had restrictions of where we could go, as the wind did start to ease Stewie (the skipper) was able to go to the flatty grounds to try and get you some fish for you all this in just 4 hours very small window, you did have small children that were running around the deck not fishing and one asleep in the cabin. You can't expect to catch fish like that. We use our sonar equipment for depth and habitat you can't pick up these types of fish on sonar, so we use our knowledge as we have done on thousands of trips, the 4-flathead caught was a result of a tough day on weather and fish not biting, all operators have these tough days (that's why it's called fishing not catching) We find these comments very Disappointing and unreasonable especially when you told the skipper you had not been fishing before and you didn't know how to use a rod and reel, we find that disrespectful to our crew as you have no understanding of what's involved in fishing as quoted.
