Captain Gregg Middleton specializes in big game fishing in the bountiful waters of North Carolina and makes it his mission to put his customers on the superb bite.
Join him on his gorgeous 60’ Billy Holton saltwater fisher that is a fast and smooth fishing machine with ample room for up to 6 anglers. She’s a thing of beauty, comfortable and spacious, with an air-conditioned cabin, kitchen, toilet, and beds. And not only is she cozy, but also features everything you need for a successful day of big game fishing.
With a fighting chair, flybridge, and outriggers, the boat is prepped and ready to take you to the offshore treasure troves. Your guide will provide top-of-the-line Shimano gear for you to battle your catch, as well as an assortment of lures.
When it comes to the fish you’ll be targeting, they’re all show-stoppers. Blue and White Marlin call these waters home, as well as Sailfish, massive Tuna, delicious Mahi Mahi, and hard-fighting Wahoo. Whatever you’d like to target, just let your captain know, and he’ll make it happen.
Everything fishing-related will be provided for you, and all you need to think about is who to bring with you and which drinks and food to pack. If you’re coming with kids, make sure they’re 6 and older, the crew will have life jackets for them.

A great day on the water with true professionals
11 Hour Trip – All Day Offshore on August 15, 2024 • 6 adults
I am an avid recreational off shore fisherman from New England
I have been to the gulf stream several times SE of Nantucket for overnight trips on smaller boats.
My party of 5 adults joined Captain Greg and First Mate Carson on the Game Changer out of Oregon Inlet (OBX) Thurs 8/15/24 for a great day on the water catching blackfin tuna and Mahi.
We went home with 9 fish which we had for dinner that night and we still have fish for several more dinners left.
The boat is first class comfortable, safe and well equipped in all aspects.
Watching Captain Greg and First Mate Carson handle an 11 line spread with ease and great professionalism was very impressive. They made it look easy and with the omni sonar we found the fish and had some in the boat as soon as the lines went into the water.
We enjoyed talking with both of them through out the day and they were relaxed, confident and capable from start to finish.
Whether you fish off shore in a small boat or have never fished before, these gentlemen will quietly work miracles and make it all seam easy and routine.
If you are a family member of a fisherman and want to come and watch your loved one but you are nervous, you will have a great day as the 60' Game Changer provides the most comfortable and best equipped opportunity to get off shore that I have experienced.

First Time Offshore Fishing
11 Hour Trip – All Day Offshore on July 24, 2024 • 5 adults
Gregg we cannot thank you and your 1st mate Carson for one hell of a day. You guys know how to get it done. You just made Mike & Tammy (newly weds), Mandi and Shawn’s first EVER offshore fishing trip one that they will never forget. Mandi her first yellow fin, Tammy with a “black fin” flag flyer and Shawn his first mahi mahi. Oh and of course Mike with his yellow fin tuna and shark. Me, mahi mahi and large ass shark. Lastly, your vessel is one of the nicest boats I have ever been out on. The layout, the cleanliness, appointments are 1st class. You and your 1st first mate Carson made everyone feel like family. I will all recommend you and your boat “Game Changer” because for myself and the four first timers it was much more like “life changer”. All new perspective on offshore fishing.

Took daughter’s boyfriend age 19 on an offshore. I cannot say enough good things about this captain and mate. Captain did a great job putting us on fish all day. Our mate was the hardest working mate I’ve been around and also incredibly knowledgeable about the waters. This was also the cleanest boat I’ve ever been on. We will be booking again with these guys asap. Highly recommended.

The crew overcame a delima that could have been really bad for the party but called out to other boats that came in support and helped us get back in service.
Carson was fantastic and worked his butt off to make sure we had fish in the boat.
The Capitan knew just where to put us on to the fish.
Great team and Great Boat.

Great day on the GameChanger, the action was hot. We got alot of tuna, gaffer dolphin, we had a great chance at a blue marlin. The mate is first class and the captain is outstanding, class act all the way. And the boat, what can you say except, WOW! All aroundGreat fishing day.
