Schipper Wyatt Lewis is een geboren en getogen local, met een passie voor vissen sinds jonge leeftijd. Zijn professionaliteit en expertise geven je de beste kans om enkele van de meest gewilde soorten in het gebied te vinden en binnen te halen, van diep inshore vissen op de flats voor redfish en trout, tot offshore bodemvissen voor grote snapper, tandbaars, grote geelstaart en meer, evenals trollen voor nearshore pelagische soorten zoals zeilvis, tonijn, goudmakreel en makreel. Schipper Wyatt heeft jarenlang zijn vak geperfectioneerd om ervoor te zorgen dat je de best mogelijke ervaring op het water hebt!
Stap aan boord van onze 22' Sea Hunt BX baaibboot die onlangs is geüpgraded met een viertakt Yamaha-motor. Deze boot is perfect voor het navigeren in het gebied omdat hij een veel diepere V-romp heeft dan vergelijkbare modellen. Dat stelt haar in staat om gemakkelijk door golven te snijden en de rit soepel en droog te houden voor iedereen aan boord. Met hogere zijkanten is de boot extra veilig voor kinderen, terwijl de T-top iedereen in de schaduw houdt.
Schipper Wyatt voorziet je van alles wat je nodig hebt om te vissen – visvergunningen, reddingsvesten, veiligheidsuitrusting, materiaal, hengels en aas. Neem gewoon zonnebrandcrème, zonnebril, hoeden en een kleine koelbox met ijs met wat drankjes en snacks mee, en een goede positieve instelling!
Afhankelijk van de tijd van het jaar, het weer en de vis, is geen enkele trip hetzelfde en is er altijd iets spannends aan de hand. Sluit je aan bij Right Side Charters en beleef een dag om nooit te vergeten!

Half Day Trip with Captain Lewis
6 Hour Gulf Fishing op March 17, 2026
I had an amazing trip with Right Side Charters and Captain Lewis. Captain Lewis was very knowledgeable and knew all the spots to get the fish on my hook. He was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. He was also able to get me hooked up and catch my first amberjack! I highly recommend booking with Right Side Charters and Captain Lewis if you want to have a great time and limit out on some fish.

My wife and I wanted an easy going captain and charter for some fishing as well as taking in some sights. The fishing was great and buddy handled everything. We trolled by Crab Island as well as the harborwalk. He was very knowledgeable about the area and this was a really great way to take in the destin area from a water view. Most exciting of all we had a dolphin come right up to the boat to say hi. Fantastic trip, very kind and professional captain. Great for a couple or families with kids. If you are looking for a good all around trip, this is your guy. He even cleaned up a couple of fish for us to take to dinner. Thank Buddy, we hope to book again.

Captain Buddy - Did Not Disappoint

Captain Buddy was a great host & made our son’s first fishing trip a memorable one. We did a 3 hr Bay Trip & it was the perfect amount of time to check out several locations and catch a variety of fish (snapper, speckled trout, redfish) and a BIG one that snapped the line and got away. While some were not slotted to keep, all were fun to catch & we were able to keep enough for lunch. Captain Buddy was extremely patient with our son and even let him “drive the boat” for a little bit. We’d definitely recommend & will be repeat customers on our next trip down.

We really enjoyed our trip out with captain Buddy. He has a great boat and equipment, and moved us around to several good spots in the bay where we had plenty of action. We caught several redfish and black drum and even latched on to a good sized one that broke off at the boat😳. Buddy took time to include our kids with conversation and facts about our bait, fish, and surroundings. I am not sure I could have picked a better charter or captain in the area. A+
