Aan de inkt- en zijkant van Palm Harbor ligt Lake Tarpon, een rustig toevluchtsoord waar u heerlijk kunt vissen. Schipper Bill Goudy Jr staat klaar om u de wateren te laten zien waar hij zo van houdt en om samen met u wat vis te vangen.
Hij verwelkomt u graag aan boord van zijn 18' Ranger 185vs baarsboot. Deze werd oorspronkelijk gebouwd in 2003 en wordt aangedreven door een 175 PK Yamaha-motor. Het is het ideale vaartuig voor wat ontspannen vissen op het meer, gezien zijn compacte formaat en het vermogen om een kleine, gezellige groep mensen te herbergen.
Forelbaars is het hoofddoel wanneer u gaat vissen met schipper Bill. Het is zijn favoriete vis om te vangen en ze vormen een leuke uitdaging voor alle leeftijden en vaardigheidsniveaus. Daarnaast kunt u ook wel eens een paar Amerikaanse Zonnebaars binnenhalen wanneer u met hem op pad bent.
Hij heeft geweldig vismateriaal voor het spinvissen, waaronder Penn-hengels en Abu Garcia-molens. Hij voorziet u ook van gekoeld flessenwater uit zijn koelbox. Er is meer ruimte in die koelbox om wat van uw eigen drankjes en wat snacks mee te nemen. U moet een visvergunning aanschaffen voordat u aan deze trip begint, wat u online kunt doen. Vergeet niet om een zonnebril en zonnebrandcrème mee te nemen voor deze trip, want de zon in Florida wordt echt heet.

Bill’s deep knowledge of the lake and his laid-back yet professional approach made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or a first-timer, Bill ensures that everyone has a great time and leaves with a big smile.
The boat was well-maintained and the gear was top quality. We caught a variety of fish throughout the day, and Bill was always ready with helpful tips and tricks to make sure we stayed on track. The natural beauty of Lake Tarpon added another layer to the experience, making it a truly memorable trip.
I can't recommend Bill Goudy Jr. and his Lake Tarpon Fishing Charters enough. If you're looking for an incredible fishing trip with a knowledgeable guide who makes everything easy and fun, this is the charter for you!

Although it was tough fishing(after a cold front) Lenny did everything he could to get us on fish and we had some opportunities that came off. He was very knowledgeable and had very nice gear would definitely recommend to anyone!
