Family owned and operated out of Murrells Inlet South Carolina. You can experience some superb inshore and nearshore fishing. Captain Adam, a born and raised local, has been fishing in these waters for over 30 years. He is the owner of Tide Chaser Enterprises LLC and also has 2 other captains that work with our team – Capt. Lucas, and Capt. Tommy (Tide Chaser/Saltwater Assassin). They are your go-to for all things fishing in their neck of the woods/water.
Captain Adam and his crew are true all-rounders when it comes to fishing. Using a variety of techniques, they ensure that you have the best time possible reeling them in. Depending on the trip you choose, you can expect to reel in Black Drum, Cobia, Flounder, King Mackerel, Redfish, Black Seabass, Spadefish and SHARKS!
A typical trip will take you fishing either inshore or nearshore depending on the weather. You'll be able to keep your catch, but please bear in mind that all over-slot or under-slot fish will have to be returned to the water. All the gear will be provided for you including fishing rods and reels. Your fishing license is included in the price as well as cleaning your catch.
You are welcome to take food, drinks (no glass), and sunscreen (lotion only) with you.

Great fishing trip

The second time we booked with saltwater assassin. Another great trip! Captain Lucas again came thru! Another black drum and other fish! Captain Lucas is a great all around guy. Will book again with him next time I am in the area!

Half Day Fishing Trip β Special on August 14, 2025 β’ 3 adults
Great communication. Easy to meet up and head out. We hit on Spanish almost immediately. Stayed with Spanish for a while. Moved to inshore, not as successful but Capt Lucas made every effort to get us on more fish. Would recommend.

Captain Lucas was amazing - he was so friendly and helpful. The boat was so nice and clean .He made the trip awesome- we had the absolute best time !!
We are already talking about doing it next year and will absolutely request going back with him !!

We had a fantastic time out on the water with a great caption and crew. We caught many fish and were a group with different levels, some wanting to bait hooks, others not wanting to touch the fish and they were very accommodating and made everyone feel comfortable!! If it is a milder day, Iβd recommend bringing blankets or extra layers β towards the end of the trip it can get cold.

Capt. Lucas is a great captain, lots of experience. We didn't catch many fish but he can't control the weather or tide! I've been on a few charters and this one always on point!
