Christmas vacation fans will know the quote. If you know, you know. That is how I feel about Marc and his services. If you know, then you know what a great find Marc is and his guide services. Marc was nothing short of a professional. He knew where to go, what to do, and how to get us on the fish. Most importantly, Marc is exceptionally knowledgable about the area, the fish, the water, the ecosystems, and the culture within Key West. I am honestly reluctant to provide this review as I don't really want others knowing how awesome Marc is as a guide; however, I know he has to eat and man did that guy help my wife and I eat a ton of fish. Due to Marc's knowledge, he can take you where you need to be on that day in order to have the best fishing experience. Marc is a funny guy and is really personable. He demonstrated patience and respect with my wife and her fishing ability. As a result, while leaving the dock my wife said to me if you ever want to book another private fishing charter I am in and onboard with that. Marc essentially helped convert my wife into a fisherwoman. That is amazing and is a testament to how awesome Marc is as a guide. I am a researcher and I value knowing I have the right design and research plan for my clients. Marc has that kind of PhD level knowledge. It is not often that I can ascribe that level of respect and admiration for someone else and their craft. Marc owns and knows his craft inside and out. Finally, I know Marc is as much a conservationist as he is an opportunist. He sees and knows what a resource the fish, water, and ecosystems are within the keys and you can tell he allows that respect to guide his decision making as a guide! If you want an exceptional fishing experience with a great, personable, and down to earth captain that you can respect then Marc is a REEL NICE choice.

We have been on several chapter boats throughout the years, Captain Marc took us to wonderful fishing areas and made every effort to make sure it was memorable. We had a blast and caught several fishes including a 22” yellowtail! When we returned to the marina, Marc even prepared our catch for us to simply take back and fry them up! Excellent Captain. Highly recommend taking his charter. We will definitely contact him again when we return to the area.
