Uw trip vindt plaats op een gerestaureerde en krachtige 40' zoutwatervisboot gemaakt in de VS. Aangedreven door twee 100 PK Yamaha buitenboordmotoren en uitgerust met moderne navigatietechnologie, brengt deze u snel en veilig naar uw visplekken. Er is een breed scala aan visuitrusting beschikbaar, zodat u de best mogelijke ervaring kunt hebben. De boot heeft een flybridge, toilet, douche en keuken en is voorzien van een tv, multimediasysteem, koelkast en een ijsbox. Er zal ook een eerste maat aan boord zijn.
U en de bemanning kunnen vele verschillende technieken toepassen met zowel licht als zwaar materiaal om uw prooi aan te trekken. Enkele van de vele gewaardeerde soorten die u kunt verwachten te vangen zijn Itajara, Goudmakreel, Paardmakreel, Makreelhaai en Zeilvis. U mag de vis die u vangt houden, maar sommige soorten moeten worden vrijgelaten.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Hottuna Hurghada Fishing Charter, and a huge thank you to Atef and his team for making it such a memorable day!
From the moment we stepped on board, everything was perfectly organised. Atef was incredibly welcoming and clearly very experienced—he made sure we were comfortable, well looked after, and fully set up for a great day of fishing.
The trip itself was outstanding. We headed out into beautiful open water with calm conditions and incredible views. The boys absolutely loved it—especially the excitement of catching fish and being part of the whole experience. The crew were patient, helpful, and great with the kids, making it enjoyable for everyone on board.
We managed to catch a variety of fish, and even got to see how the catch is prepared, which added an extra level of authenticity to the day. The equipment was top quality, the boat was clean and spacious, and there was always someone ready to help or give advice.
What really made the trip special was the atmosphere—relaxed, friendly, and genuinely fun. It wasn’t just a fishing trip, it was a proper family experience and one we’ll remember for a long time.
If you’re in Hurghada and looking for a fishing trip, I highly recommend Hottuna. Atef and his team go above and beyond.
We’ll definitely be back!

Where Not Only Fish Bite, but Emotions Too

We arrived early in the morning from Alexandria, very tired after the trip. The captain even suggested postponing our fishing tour, but we decided to go anyway.
From around 6 AM, the fishing didn’t go very well. We had one strong strike while trolling, but unfortunately, the fish got away. By lunchtime, we were already thinking about heading back with no results.
However, the captain stayed positive, kept encouraging us, and said the best was yet to come — and he was absolutely right. Around 3 PM, the action finally started!
In the end, we caught tuna (let’s keep the exact number a secret 😉), got amazing эмоции and achieved exactly what we came for.
Big thanks to the captain for his patience, professionalism, and great attitude. It was an unforgettable experience!

On January 1st, I joined the 9-hour yellowfin tuna fishing trip in the Red Sea and had an amazing experience! The captain Atef and the crew members were professional and enthusiastic throughout the journey. They patiently guided us on fishing techniques and adjusted our gear in a timely manner. We had a great catch with several skipjack tuna and needlefish, though it was a pity that we missed some bites multiple times. The fun of the process far outweighed the results. A big thank you to the whole team for their thoughtful help. It was such a wonderful fishing memory and I highly recommend this trip!

We were a family of 5 who were out fishing for 9 hours with Captain Atef and his good men. It was definitely an unforgettable day where we caught 18 Jack Fin tuna and 2 hornfish. But apart from the fishing, Atef and his men are really the nicest and most helpful people you could wish for on a fishing trip. In addition, everything from equipment, boat and catering is under control, where everything is taken care of. big praise must also go to the trip's chef, who prepared the most delicious lunch with freshly caught tuna. Can wholeheartedly recommend going on a fishing trip with Atef, regardless of whether it is your first time fishing or whether you are very experienced anglers.

Great day during low season

The crew was communicative, engaging, and knowledgeable. We had booked a different day and they messaged us multiple times in the week leading up to change our date. We are so thankful because our original date had 25 mph winds and most boat and fishing trips were canceled. We caught some incredible fish which the guides cooked up for us- Best meal we had in Egypt. We will hire Hottuna again when we come back
