Welkom bij Marisol Fishing Charters. Ik ben schipper Ron en ik wil net zo graag vis vangen als jij. Daarom is de Marisol uitgerust met alle actuele elektronica. We hebben een Simrad fishfinder, Simrad radar, Simrad GPS, Simrad VHF, nachtzicht video voor het geval we laat buiten zijn, 2 extra backup VHF-radio's, Starlink, Epirb, Sirius radio... ik zou nog wel even door kunnen gaan. Het punt is dat we uitgerust zijn om de meest plezierige trip mogelijk te maken.
Marisol is een 2006 Tiara visboot van 33' in totale lengte. We zijn breder dan de meeste, bijna 13', en we hebben een kajuit met een eigen inlooptoilet. We bieden zowel schaduwrijke als volledig in de zon gelegen zitplaatsen. Helemaal afhankelijk van hoeveel bruine kleur je wilt! Onze dubbele aastanks kunnen tot 3 scheppen bevatten.
Onze charter is perfect voor gezinnen! We verwelkomen vissers van alle leeftijden en alle niveaus en zorgen voor een leuke en veilige viservaring voor iedereen. Als je nieuw bent met vissen, maak je geen zorgen, wij hebben alles onder controle! Omdat de breedte van de boot bijna 13' is, hoef je je geen zorgen te maken dat het te druk wordt. Daarom nemen we slechts 4 passagiers mee. We zorgen voor voldoende ijs om je vangst zo koud mogelijk te houden.
VISUITRUSTING IS INBEGREPEN... Dit is geweldig, maar neem je eigen spullen mee als je die hebt. De vermelde prijzen zijn voor de hele boot.
We streven ernaar elke trip af te stemmen op jouw specifieke wensen, dus laat het ons weten wat je wilt zodra je geboekt hebt!
Als je van buiten de stad komt, kan je vis worden afgezet bij een verwerkingsbedrijf waar ze je vangst fileren, vacuüm verpakken en snel invriezen. Het wordt dan verpakt met droogijs in een koelbox waardoor je het mee kunt nemen, hetzij met de auto of ingecheckt voor je vlucht naar huis.

A trip we won’t soon forget!

We had an incredible experience with Captain Ron at Marisol Fishing Charters. I took my son out for his birthday along with my brother, and it turned into a trip we’ll never forget.
From the start, you can tell Ron is just a genuinely good guy. He’s easygoing, helpful, and truly cares about making sure everyone has a great time. What really stood out though was how dialed in he was on the fish. He put us right on them—we ended up catching over 30! It wasn’t luck… you can tell he really knows what he’s doing out there.
The boat was clean, the equipment was top-notch, and everything was handled professionally, but still with that personal touch that made it feel special. Ron took the time to help my son, made sure he was having a blast, and honestly made his birthday trip better than I could’ve hoped for.
Perfect weather, nonstop action, and an all-around great guy running the trip. If you’re thinking about booking, do it you won’t regret it.

Great Day on the Water!
Special 9 hour trip for Jesse Saunders op April 10, 2026 • 2 volwassenen
Our day with Captain Rob was great. We did a full day trip to the Coronado Islands, hoping for Yellowtail, but just looking to get on the water and get some fish.
The water was dirty and green around the Islands, impacting the Yellowtail bite, but Captain Rob didn't let that keep us off the fish. We switched over to bottom fishing around the islands and caught a big variety. The bite got decently hot for a bit when we hit a patch of Lingcod, but we also caught Rockfish, Sheephead, Bocaccio and Sculpin!
All in all, we caught a good variety of delicious fish and had a great day on the water! The Marisol was in good condition and Captain Rob was great company.
Highly recommend Marisol Charters and Captain Rob for anyone's charter needs around San Diego!

super awesome captin he was on top of making sure we went where the fish were excellent hospitality I would highly recommend if you’re in San Diego to go out with him he is very knowledgeable and concerned with what you’re looking for you couldn’t have a better time 10 out of 10 would recommend us to anybody who wants to catch fish while you’re in San Diego

Had a great time with Ron. Super nice guy and he had us right on the fish. This was the easiest, low stress trip we have taken. Ron answered when we called and helped us plan a trip just a few days later. Wife and I were out for my 40th Birthday. Bringing a decent haul of rockfish and lingcod home for Christmas dinner this year. Totally worth it and am already planning a summer tuna trip for next year. Thanks Ron!

My daughters, wife, and I wanted to try saltwater fishing and found Ron online. He was an absolute pleasure to fish with! We caught around 20 fish in just five hours. Ron was fantastic with my kids, patiently teaching them how to use the fishing rod and reel in their catches.
Unfortunately, my wife experienced severe motion sickness, but Ron was incredibly helpful and even provided her with medication to ease the discomfort.
Overall, it was a great experience. When the fish weren’t biting, Ron didn’t hesitate to move the boat multiple times, using his fishfinder to locate better spots. We truly appreciated his effort and professionalism!

We had an incredible experience with Captain Ron at Marisol Fishing Charters. I took my son out for his birthday along with my brother, and it turned into a trip we’ll never forget.
From the start, you can tell Ron is just a genuinely good guy. He’s easygoing, helpful, and truly cares about making sure everyone has a great time. What really stood out though was how dialed in he was on the fish. He put us right on them—we ended up catching over 30! It wasn’t luck… you can tell he really knows what he’s doing out there.
The boat was clean, the equipment was top-notch, and everything was handled professionally, but still with that personal touch that made it feel special. Ron took the time to help my son, made sure he was having a blast, and honestly made his birthday trip better than I could’ve hoped for.
Perfect weather, nonstop action, and an all-around great guy running the trip. If you’re thinking about booking, do it you won’t regret it.

Great Day on the Water!

Our day with Captain Rob was great. We did a full day trip to the Coronado Islands, hoping for Yellowtail, but just looking to get on the water and get some fish.
The water was dirty and green around the Islands, impacting the Yellowtail bite, but Captain Rob didn't let that keep us off the fish.
