The team is very professional. Communication was clear. They were very responsive to our questions and requests. Crew worked hard and, despite slow few hours, they were able to locate a school of mahimahi as well as a shark, that was the first for me and my son. The atmosphere was friendly, the boat has everything you need. Thank you, we will book Chimar again, when we are back to Puerto Vallarta.

What a wonderful adventure! I booked a 6 hour am charter with these guys last minute. Before our fishing date, i had a few questions. Our captain answered all questions in a very timely manner. Upon arrival, I could tell that we were in for a good time. Our captain and his son are multi generational fisherman local to the area with a wealth of knowledge. Our captain explained that the fish were out about 30 minutes away from Port and that we would be trolling once we got to the area. Within 10 minutes of fishing we were hooked up! While trolling we caught 10 large Jack Crevalle in just a few hours. You could instantly tell that these two fisherman knew exactly what they were doing. When nearing the end of our trip, our captain noticed flocks of birds diving and instantly knew that the skipjack tuna were biting. So we chased after the schools casting poppers and ended up catching 5 of them as well! The captain and his son are very accommodating (i had 2 pre-teen boys that asked a ton of questions) and they were not only patient, but very insightful! I'm already planning my next trip to Puerto Vallarta, and will absolutely be looking these guys up again! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

This family business operated by farther and son who speak English are truly top notch. We caught 13 fish in a little over 4 hours. Many different varieties, including Mackerel, Mahi, Bonito, 2 types of Snapper and a Large Jack. The boat is perfect, and we'll maintained. They are focused on you , the customer and nothing else....Very professional and I highly recommend them....

This was our first charter in Mexico, and we are very happy with our choice. We booked the six hour tour, and we had a blast. Ricardo knows the bay very well and even pointed out a manta ray and a whale. After about fifty minutes of fishing in the bay, we caught our first fish. It was a beautiful bonito and we proceeded to catch about 4 more in the span of 15 minutes. After fishing around for a bit more, we caught even more bonito. We decided we had had caught enough bonito for now, and went looking for Crevalle Jack. The first one we hooked fought for a good 20 minutes before we were able to land it. After that, we caught a second Crevalle Jack and headed back to the dock. On the way back, we ran into a huge school of bonito and caught our limit. It was a great way to end our day of fishing.
