On these trips, it’s common to use live bait for big fish and using light or heavy tackle. I Captain Jeremy can adapt to any level of fisherman. I love teaching how to fish and equally love putting a seasoned fisherman on his personal best.

Capt. Jeremy welcomes anglers of all ages, including kids, so go ahead and bring the whole family along! Child-sized life vests are available, or otherwise you should bring your own. And, you can't go wrong with snacks to maintain your energy throughout the trip!

Your fishing machine for the day is a 24' cuddy/Downeaster with space for 5-6 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. With over 40 years of experience fishing Boston, I will put you on the fish.

Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures. Live bait is included; we will be catching our own live bait .

There's no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

It's recommended to bring sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). If you'd like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. I provide Bottled water on all trips

Multi-species trip delivers!

We went out with Captain Jeremy for a multi-species trip and really did get a variety of fish on deck. We started off with some flounder fishing and almost immediately got hooked up to flounder and skate. After a little dip in pace, we switched to some mackerel fishing and brought up full houses of mackerel and herring. Could have filled the boat up with them! Even got some pollock as a bonus. We went back in to try to get some bass on bait and lures, but no luck this early in the season and with the weather gradually picking up. Jeremy is a lot of fun and always looking out to make sure you're having the best time. I look forward to fishing with you again Jeremy!

Birthday fishing trip

Jeremy took us out for dad’s birthday fishing trip. It was an absolute blast and we caught 2 huge fish. He let us know ahead of time that weather would make our blue fin trip unavailable but was kind enough to offer the striped bass trip as an alternative. Great guy!

My 12-yr old Son and I went out with Capt. Jeremy Furtado and I can’t say enough about him. It was a cold and rainy day yet Capt. Jeremy was constantly working to get us on some fish and we succeeded! Capt. Jeremy was very friendly, personable, knowledgeable and just an all around good guy to be leading the way on our fishing trip! I would 10000% call Capt. Jeremy if you’re looking for a great time fishing!

Jeremy is the best charter captain i've ever had. He got us bait and on striped bass very quickly. He was very attentive to everyone on board and friendly. We took the morning trip and quickly got on some large stripers in the morning with the largest being a 42 inch. I recommend this trip for everyone of all skill levels. If your looking for a fun fishing trip while your in boston, this is the place!
