I looked through reviews, just like you are doing to find a good guide. I sifted through various sites and SharkaBrah seemed to have great reviews and good pictures. So I decided to go with him. Our expectations were far exceeded! You don’t know me from Adam but take my word he’s fantastic and here’s why: 1. Great communication before, during and after our trip. This is a big deal. He was also super fun to talk with on the beach, telling stories and interesting things about sharks and the gulf. He sent a message of sincere gratitude afire our visit which I thought says a lot about him. 2. He invested in top gear. His drone was super cool and was a difference maker. The platform he built on his truck enabled better fishing and views. His Seadoo made placing your line super fast and far out to catch the best fish. 3. He was a great instructor, helping first timers in my group feel comfortable and confident. 4. He has a great vibe. He was super upbeat, played great music on the beach and we really enjoyed a beach party atmosphere making the whole time fun. 5. He has a safety first process which gives everyone peace of mind dealing with sharks. We caught the coolest looking Bull shark, among other fish, and got some awesome photos holding it. We took our catch to a local restaurant and they cooked it up for us right there. As we sat eating the best fish we’ve ever had we spent 2 hours reminiscing about how much fun we just had and I really think it has to do with our guide, Tristan aka SharkaBrah, and the care and effort he put into ensuring we had a great time.

My 10 year old son wanted to catch a shark for his birthday. I found Tristen on Facebook and we booked him short notice. We came out, everything was set up and professional. We ended up hooking 2 and landing one in our trip! Overall all of our expectations were met and can’t wait to come back and fish with him again! Super family friendly atmosphere! Great beach day with the family and catching a shark too, well that was the icing on the cake! Can’t recommend them enough! Thank you!

Tristan was great. He was patient and kind. We are slightly mobility challenged but my 75yr old (healthy) mother came along. He taughted us as we worked as a team to do some magnificent land fishing from a near by jetty that we took a ferry to. As the boys fished I was able to capture some amazing and extraordinary memories. From watching gaggles of dolphins to meeting other people from all different places. Tristan came prepared and ready to go. We appreciate the experience. Hope to one day go shark fishing! 530am morning was worth it! I can only imagine it on a good weather day!

We had a great experience with Sharka Bra and his crew!!!! We bought this as a Christmas present for our kids and their family’s!!! We showed up lines were already in the water and we were ready to go. They were super friendly and had no problem answering any question we had no matter what it was. They made us feel right at home like we had been friends for a long time. We were able to land 3 fish including 1, 5 footer and a 7 foot bull shark !!!! Everyone had a great time!! We will definitely recommend them to all our friends and will be back again for sure!!!! Thanks for the amazing trip guys!!!

Tristan and Corbin set us up for an unforgettable experience! Our son’s life goal is to work with sharks and has wanted to catch a shark since he was a toddler. When we expressed this was a life goal, Tristan and Corbin made it their personal mission to do whatever they could to make it happen!
