Rising Tide Charters LLC heet u welkom in Avalon, New Jersey van mei tot november en in Ft Pierce, Florida van eind november tot mei. We beloven uw dag op het water onvergetelijk te maken. Schipper Scott Brown neemt u mee inshore, bij de kust, en naar open zee en zal zijn best doen om uw trip leuk en productief te maken.
Uw avontuur begint op een 34' custom Jarrett Bay walk around jacht, dat veilig plaats biedt aan maximaal 6 vissers. Het jacht wordt aangedreven door twee 350 PK Yamaha-motoren en gebruikt alle benodigde navigatie-elektronica om een snelle en veilige rit naar de vis te bieden. De boot is uitgerust met een toilet, verwarming en airconditioning en een bed voor uw comfort.
De soorten die u kunt verwachten te vangen tijdens uw trip zijn onder andere Marlijn, Tonijn, Goudmakreel, Tarpon, Snapper en meer. U kunt bodemvissen, biggamevissen, trollen, spinvissen, jiggen, popping en driftvissen proberen met licht en zwaar materiaal om deze geliefde vissen binnen te halen.
Schipper Scott voorziet u van alle vishengels, molens, materiaal, aas en visvergunningen die nodig zijn voor uw trip. Kinderen zijn welkom aan boord en u kunt kiezen of u de vis die u vangt wilt houden, aangezien schipper Scott deze voor u schoonmaakt en fileert
. Het enige wat u hoeft te doen is wat eten en drinken meenemen om tijdens de trip op krachten te blijven.

Nice first trip to get the kids on a fishing boat

Captain John was great, the weather was terrible so we had to reschedule once, and then we couldnt go out on the open ocean like we wanted to in hopes of mahi, tuna, and sailfish. We ended up fishing in the back bay and nothing was biting, we ended up going almost back to the docks and settling for some nasty catfish just so the boys caught something. Good experience, great people. I know you can’t “make” the fish bite, but it was somewhat disappointing.

boy I’ll tell you thank you for your generous review. John told me the tarpon were rolling but they wouldn’t bite. That’s so frustrating, you could see them, but you can’t hook them. Your understanding is epic. Back when my nephew was 10 years old, I said to him (on a slow day), we don’t know why they bite sometimes other times they don’t?he said well I know. I said you’re 10, Why don’t you enlighten us? He said uncle Scott they only eat when they’re hungry.

My 75th Birthday Present

I turned 75 and have not been on the ocean for many years. Being from Florida and the Keys. That's what I wanted. I checked reviews and went with Rising Tides, Captain Scott. It was a family fishing trip, my brother from the Keys, my Son, Daughter, and adult grandson. We had a wonderful day with Captain Scott, he was like family to us. He worked the waters for fishing holes, he had the Best fishing stories, and he took us into overtime, no one had a watch😁. The boat is beautiful, fully equipped for all your needs. I hope to take another trip before my next Birthday. Thanks Captain Scott!

Highlight of the summer

Though weather thwarted are original plans to go offshore, my kids (and I) had our best charter experience yet. We’ve been on other charters in NJ and other locations up and down the east coast, and both boys (12&9) said this was the best. Everyone agreed. They learned a ton, and Captain Scott kept us in laughter. We caught flounder, skate and a baby shark, and we brought home enough flounder for a big family dinner. (Thanks to Scott for cleaning and filet.) Highest recommendation!

We usually fish offshore, but thought we would try a bay trip with Capt. Scott. The day was beautiful, the temps decent, and a constant breeze kept the green heads at bay. Not the best in terms of keepers (it happens), but we had more than enough to have a meal and ceviche for the family. Focus was on the fatty, flat flounders. Nice boat with room to spread out. Knowledgeable Captain and convenient location. We'll try this one again. Good for families, kids, and/or first time anglers.

Bonnie Bonitas with Captain Scotty!

Great trip for my family, significant others and me!
Captain Scott welcomed us aboard and we took a fun but rough (but that’s life on the water) trip about 8-10 miles out to some of his favorite grounds. Most of us got our sea legs once we got out there.
Cap got us rigged up and lines out and we trolled the swells until hooked up with some Blue fish and Bonitas!
Everyone got in on the action and reeled in a very nice haul for dinner and then some!
