Florida Man Guide Service welcomes you on a saltwater or freshwater fishing adventure out of Hollywood. Your captain is a South Florida primarily land-based and kayak-based guide with over 20 years of experience catching what the region has to offer. He’ll make sure you have an exciting and fun experience and the best chance to catch fish. Join him aboard and make some beautiful memories fishing in Florida!
You can fish rivers, lakes, inshore waters, or nearshore waters. The wide range of species you can chase includes Largemouth and Peacock Bass, Snakehead, Clown Knife Fish, Cubera and Mangrove Snapper, Jack Crevalle, Tarpon, and Snook. To reel them in, you can use light and heavy tackle, spinning, and fly fishing.
The captain will supply you with fishing rods, reels, tackle, live bait, lures, and drinks. He even offers free fish cleaning service when the trip is over. You should bring some food and valid fishing licenses. Keep in mind that fly fishing gear is not included in the price and that you should bring your own if you want to fly fish.

4 Hour Trip – Snakehead Nighttime
Graveyard shift snakehead hunt 🐍
Captain Aaron KNOWS how to get fish period. We got some on some snakes within minutes despite the rain and Aaron was fantastic at sharing his knowledge and being extremely patient with me as I slowly learned how to hone my cast and even gave me pointers along the way to get it right eventually in my left land. Overall a great experience and highly recommended Floridaman Guide Service to get you whatever you’re looking for. Guaranteed, and with a smile on your face while you’re at it, and learning a lot along the way! Couldn’t recommend enough. I even got a couple free lures and some advice on peacocks at the end of the trip that made it feel even more special. Will definitely be coming back.

Amazing experience
Aaron was so friendly and helpful, and great to hang out with for the day. He even educated us on Florida fish and waterways. We caught a ton of peacock bass and some other really cool species of fish. We never would have been able to find the spots he took us too. It was so helpful to be able to experience some real Florida freshwater fishing with someone who knows where the fish are at.

Land Based Peacock Bass/Exotics
Best Morning Fishing for Peacock Bass
My 14 year old son and I went out with Aaron this morning. We’ve done several guided fishing trips through the years, and this was by far the best. We caught a bunch of Peacock Bass. They are really fun to catch. Also caught some large mouth, but we can catch those back home. We had a blast. I like Aaron’s style. Each location, if we weren’t catching fish right away, we moved on somewhere else. However, we only abandoned one location. Everywhere else it’s like the fish we’re waiting for us. So much fun. He was very knowledgeable about where to go and what to use to get the fish to bite. He also took the time to tell us about other areas to try on our own, and favorite bait shops etc. awesome day fishing. Would 100% recommend
