GoFishing Charters invites you aboard for a wonderful fishing trip in Greece. Come explore this Mediterranean jewel’s rich saltwater fishery and make memories of a lifetime. Starting out of Pantanassa, Skipper Konstantinos Drakomathioulakis will take you to nearshore, offshore, and backcountry waters and make sure you have a fun-packed day on the water. You’ll have an excellent opportunity to catch many interesting species and relax in a charming environment only Greece can offer. Pick a day and embark on a fishing adventure you won’t soon forget!
You’ll fish with Pegazus TopFisher motor yacht outboard that can safely take up to 4 guests. The boat is powered by a 150HP Mercury engine and equipped with GPS, a fishfinder, and radio electronics used for navigation. The boat features an ice-box, a multimedia system, a livewell, and snorkeling gear.
On your trip, you’ll be fishing for Dentex, Common Pandora, Dusky and Goliath Grouper, Amberjack, as well as False Albacore. The techniques you can expect to use to attract the fish are bottom fishing, deep sea fishing, spinning, and jigging. When it comes to keeping the fish you catch, make sure to check with Captain Konstantinos to see what your options are. Also, keep in mind that drinking isn’t allowed on board.
Your trip will include lures and sometimes live bait. You also get snacks and drinks for your pleasure. You should bring your own rods, reels, and tackle as well as fishing licenses.

An amazing life experience!
Morning fishing with my teenage son and Konstantinos as our captain!!!! Simply wonderful!!! Even though we didn’t catch anything — that’s just how fishing is sometimes — we had an amazing time!!! Konstantinos is a wonderful young man, full of smiles, politeness, and knowledgeable about his work!!! Due to weather conditions, we had to cancel our trip twice on different days, but Konstantinos, undeterred, patiently waited for the right day so we could have this experience! It felt like a four-hour seminar that included: a stunning sunrise, fantastic landscapes, fishing, fishing techniques, bait, equipment, and generally everything two fishermen might discuss together. In short, it was a wonderful life experience... and we hope we’ll be able to repeat it the next time we visit our beautiful Crete!!!! Thank you, Konstantinos, keep being exactly who you are!!!! Fishing Trip around Dia w/ Capt. Konstantinos
We had an amazing day fishing around Dia with the captain and his helper. We started with jigging and managed to land a beautiful red snapper and the very poisonous scorpion fish. We caught several other fish and used some as bait. We came across a very large tuna and managed to get a bite but at the end of the day the tuna won. For guests with very little experience it would've been very hard to catch! The capt was very helpful in teaching us all about different techniques and the best fishing spots. We also visited some of the bays and swam in the beautiful ocean. Overall I would highly recommend this trip to anyone, we hope to be back soon and do some more fishing with Konstantinos later in the season!

Konstantinos (The Captain) personally messaged me through fishing booker after booking the trip to make sure everything would work out perfectly. He bought drinks and food to my request and made sure I knew the exact location of our initial rendezvous. He was in the water waiting for me at the 8:30 time completely ready to go. His boat tackled the waves with ease and his personal gps has all his best (previously fished) locations quickly available so we were quickly able to find and target the exact species we wanted to. His experience, personality, and love for sharing a great fishing experience are underrated. I never leave reviews, but I see he only has THREE REVIEWS AS I AM LEAVING THIS. Unreal… he deserves MANY more. He can swap up to help you fish for whatever you’d like, from big fish to smaller fish. He was even taking pictures of his already decorated fish finder so that he could study more of the specific readings showing up for when he got home. His drive to be better when he is already a clear professional stood out to me. I was in control of the rods the entire trip and he only offered help when needed. He gave me extra time on sea and allowed me to catch extra fish. The best one we caught was a “golden grouper” around 2.2 kilos which he had a scale in the boat for. He also cleaned the fish for me right there in the boat. If you are looking to fish with your family or just yourself or a friend PLEASE consider booking with Konstantinos. I made a true friend.

We left from the port of Pantanassa and made a beautiful tour along the west coast . Captain Konstantinos was an excellent tour guide. He showed us how to fish and iwas so exciting because it was the first time for us and we were successfully.....you can see the results in the picture. He also served us for free fresh fruits and a lot of refreshments. If you want to have an adventure and see the beauty of Crete book a fish trip with Captain Konstantinos.
