Fatties Guide Co is located in Granbury and offers to show you a memorable time in these waters.
Enjoy a half or full-day guided wade or float trip in some of North Texas’s most beautiful rivers and creeks. You will get a chance to catch over 10 species of fish all while surrounding yourself with some of
the best scenery this part of the state has to offer. Wade trips are also a great way for you to work on technique by receiving specific, one-on-one instruction from a professional fly fishing guide.
The majority of our guided Fly Fishing trips take place on 12 miles of private access on the Brazos or the Paluxy River near Granbury. Location will be determined by weather and scheduling. All fly rods and flies will be provided. Whether you are a seasoned angler or just trying it out for the first time, join Fatties Guide Co to experience some of the best fly fishing in Texas.
Please make sure to buy a valid fishing license ahead of time.
You can keep anything you catch, as long as it’s legal to do so.

Cody went to work with my 9 year old grandson and within 45 minutes he was catching fish. In an hour he was casting and striping feeling sunfish and 6 inch fingerling’s. Also, Cody had his development of casting to spots to a whole new guy level. Cody had made him a friend and a fly fisherman for life. Jax even got a lesson in rock inspection for the type of fly to use!!!!!!!
