If you're here to make the most of fishing in Cabo San Lucas, look no further than Blue Sky Cabo!
Morning time slot : 5, 6 or 8 hrs, Afternoon time slot 4hrs
These waters are known for Marlin, Jack Crevalle, Roosterfish, Bonito, Sailfish, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Sierra Mackerel, Tuna, and more. Depending on the species you're after, you may find yourself light tackle fishing, trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. You can take home any fish you catch, provided they're within size and bag limits. Keep in mind that Billfish are "catch and release" only.
Your adventure will be aboard the 60' Bertram, with a capacity upto 12 guests comfortably and equipped with 3 toilets and a fighting chair. Relax in the air-conditioned cabin with WiFi and a multimedia system. You'll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Advanced Tournament Optional Dredge system can be ordered for $225 + tax with fish guarantee
Trips are run with Captain AlexFirst and Second Mate, & Galley mate + optional drone pilot, who are there to help you fish and keep everyone safe on board. It's customary to tip the crew 10%–20% at the end of the day to show your appreciation. The charter boat covers your fishing license, which means all you have to do is show up ready for a good time!
Blue Sky Cabo is a kid-friendly charter service, so feel free to make a family day out of it! Lunch is available at $20 pp, arranged prior to day. There will be breakfast, coffee/ Baileys, open bar and photography on board during the journey. You'll want to bring sunscreen (non-spray) and sunglasses.

“It Was all a Dream”

We came from Canada to celebrate a special man, on his bachelor party weekend in Cabo.
10 men thick, we boarded the Blue Sky. Spirits high, hungover, and shells of our former selves, we set sail (and by sail, I mean, started our engine).
The seas were calm, and the Sky was Blue. We were greeted by the local fish mongers, who stocked our boat with enthusiastic bait bait, unbeknown to them, it would be their final swim.
Offshore now, the sun was shining, baits were wet, and biggie was blasting. Our excitement was interrupted by the sound of screaming lines, puzzled at the possibility that it could have been the prized bite, of a Pacific Striped Marlin.
Captain killed the music, and the crew jumped into to action, positioning the bachelor in the fight chair, preparing for the battle that would ensue.
Buckled in, and riddled with excitement, he planted his feet, backed by strong arms, and frail legs, he engaged in reel to hook combat.
The Marlin peeled line, seemingly gaining ground on the boy, as we wrastled for an advantage.
The fight was fair, equal in strength, but as time grew longer, the boy transformed into a man, conquering the mighty beast, and boarding him on the deck of the ship.
It was a moment in time, that will forever be cemented in our memories. That day was not only one of triumph, and elation, but one, that transformed a child, into a man.
In all seriousness and poetics aside, the crew aboard was the Blue Sky, was nothing short of tremendous. Hard working, sharp eyed, and accommodating, they made our experience a memorable one.
I still have an erection!

I was frustrated that the total cost on my booking was quoted one price and when we confirmed there were misc. taxes etc. that escalated the price significantly. All ok but it should have been disclosed up front.

We booked a 5 hr trip for 12 people. The captain and crew, especially Angel were fantastic!! Ulises cooked an amazing breakfast. We only caught 2 fish, but one being a 120# sailfish and the other a 55# wahoo, what fish they were!! Blue Sky’s owner, Keith met us when we returned and walked us to a restaurant where they cooked up the wahoo for lunch.
The only issue I have, and I think this is more on Fishing Booker than Blue Sky was the unexpected taxes.
Still, I would not hesitate to book with Blue Sky again and have already recommended them to some friends.
