Salinity Matters Charters organiseert vistrips vanuit Gulfport en nodigt u uit voor een persoonlijke viservaring aan de Mississippi Gulf Coast!
Schipper Sonny deelt graag zijn viskennis van meer dan 30 jaar met u. U gaat technieken gebruiken zoals bodemvissen, trollen en driftvissen, afhankelijk van wat u wilt vangen. Tijdens de trips van 4 tot 6 uur kunt u vissen op soorten zoals Redfish, Paardmakreel, Gevlekte Ombervis, Amerikaanse Bot, Schaapskopbrasem, Zeebladvis, Makreel, Batjauwvis en Haai, afhankelijk van het seizoen en de weersomstandigheden.
Uw avontuur begint aan boord van een 22' Tidewater boot die plaats biedt aan maximaal 4 vissers. De boot is uitgerust met een koelbox. Alle hengels, molens en eindmateriaal zijn bij de prijs inbegrepen, zodat u zich kunt concentreren op wat ertoe doet: vissen. De schipper zorgt voor alle benodigde visvergunningen voor uw trip.
U mag alles houden wat u vangt, zolang het legaal is, en wanneer u terugkeert naar de jachthaven fileert Schipper Sonny uw vangst zodat u deze mee naar huis kunt nemen. Er staat gebotteld water op de boot voor uw gemak, maar u bent altijd welkom om uw eigen drankjes en snacks mee te nemen als u dat wilt.

What an AWESOME Fishing Trip!

While down in Gulfport for work, some buddies and I decided to do some fishing. Cpt Sonny has some GREAT reviews, so we decided to go with him, and I’m so glad we did! Sonny got us into so many fish! We caught pretty much everything possible! We caught a little flounder, a ton of ladyfish for bait, crabs, redfish, speckled trout, more catfish than we knew what to do with, and even some nice big sharks! More than once, every single person on the boat had a fish on. Sonny was fantastic! He had all the skill and knowledge needed, plenty of equipment for everyone, lots of patience for those of my friends that didn’t fish too often, and he had a ton of funny fishing stories to share. I’m hoping I get a chance to go back down to Mississippi to take my family out fishing with Cpt Sonny. I’m so glad we went with him, and I can’t imagine going with anyone else.

We had a great time. Kept us on fish and i’ll definately book again when im in the area. Sonny was super chill, responsive, and made sure everyone in the boat had fun. One of the best charters I’ve been on.

Awesome day on the water with Salinity Matters!

We had the best time fishing with Sonny! He stayed in touch and kept an eye on the weather when other charters were canceling. Luckily, he waited it out and the morning turned out to be absolutely gorgeous.
The fish were biting right away, and we ended up with a great haul. Sonny really knows his stuff and made the whole trip fun and easy. It was such a great experience to share with my dad and husband. Highly recommend - we’ll definitely be back!

Our group of three went out this past Wednesday morning. The fish bite was slow but the captain put us on some flounder close to shore as we waited to see what the weather was going to do. After a while the weather let up and he allowed my son to hook a shark or ten before he was able to land one. You couldn’t tell him anything afterwards!
We enjoyed our trip and will definitely do it again.
