Maak epische herinneringen in Dunedin en ga vissen met Live Like a Local Boat Charters. Hun passie is om u de lokale Florida-levensstijl, spectaculaire natuur en wildlife te laten zien. Met Captain Angelo als uw gids bent u in deskundige en ervaren handen.
Deze wateren staan bekend om Binnensnoek, Redfish, Grijze Zeebaars, Gevlekte Ombervis en meer. We vissen voornamelijk 'catch and release', maar er kunnen afspraken worden gemaakt als u verse vangst mee naar huis wilt nemen. Laat Captain Angelo gewoon weten dat u wat vis voor het avondeten mee naar huis wilt nemen!
Uw dag begint aan boord van een 23' Custom Dorado baaibboot met een capaciteit voor maximaal 4 klanten. Het schip is uitgerust met alle essentiële zaken waar een vismachine niet zonder kan. Uw schipper zorgt voor hengels en molens, evenals levend aas en kunstaas.
Als u met het gezin reist, zult u blij zijn te horen dat kinderen welkom zijn aan boord! Zwemvesten op kindermaat zijn beschikbaar, laat het ons gewoon weten indien nodig. Vergeet niet om snacks, drankjes, zonnebrandcrème (geen spray) en een zonnebril mee te nemen. Alcohol is toegestaan in matige hoeveelheden, maar u moet sterke drank en glazen flessen vermijden. Laat het ons weten als u speciale verzoeken heeft en we zullen ons best doen om het mogelijk te maken!
U hoeft geen visvergunning te kopen, kom gewoon klaar voor een goede tijd! Houd er rekening mee dat sommige vissen vangstlimieten of gesloten seizoenen kunnen hebben. Uw schipper zal u helpen de regelgeving te volgen terwijl u vist.

awesome captain, awesome trip

Capt Angelo was great. My brother and I took my Dad out for a 3hr trip. My dad has some mobility and balance issues, and Capt Angelo helped make him comfortable. We were getting fish as soon as we hit the water. We caught plenty of Trout and a bunch of beautiful Redfish. Filled our cooler, and our bellies that night! Great boat, top of the line set up. My brother and are locals, that have since left the state for work. “live like a local” is a perfect name for his company, as we fished several of our old stomping grounds. Only regret is that we didn’t book a longer trip. Fully plan on working with Capt Angelo the next time we come home.

Captain Angelo was on the spot!

Captain Angelo is a reel expert! His knowledge of the fishing spots is top notch. Seemed like every time we threw the line out into the water, we were hooked up. At one point we couldn’t keep up, all lines had fish on! And he was very gracious with his time. We were visiting from the Midwest for my sons college baseball tournament and decided to go fishing on his off day. It couldn’t have gone better. Swapped fishing and baseball stories with the Captain, along with learning alot from him about fishing the waters here. Thanks again, we will be sure to be back!

I highly recommend this trip. Captain Angelo is great - professional, easy going, and nice! He will do as much or as little as you like to get your line in the water. Very nice, no stress trip along the intercoastal. Our whole party caught several fish each and five different types. Very fun morning.

Incredible Inshore Charter with Angelo – A Day to Remember!

We had an unforgettable 4-hour inshore fishing trip with Angelo and his crew. From the moment we stepped on the boat, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The action was nonstop — we absolutely slayed the trout and even landed a monster snook, just barely missing the inshore slam!
As an experienced angler, I was impressed with how efficient and attentive the crew was — I never had to wait for fresh bait or help. But what really stood out was how they treated my son and father-in-law, who are both new to fishing. Angelo made sure they felt confident, comfortable, and fully part of the experience. By the end of the trip, they were casting and catching like pros.
Angelo clearly knows the water, the fish, and how to create a great time for everyone onboard. If you’re looking for a top-notch fishing charter that combines skill, professionalism, and genuine hospitality — this is it. We’ll definitely be booking again!

Being new to saltwater fishing, I had no idea that the best time to fish was related to the tides, unlike where I'm from, it's timed on early morning/late evening for lake/river fishing before it gets too hot. Our charter was early morning at low tide, so the hot spots were not hitting like they do at high tide.
Regardless, we loved being out on the water and were there for the experience and Angelo did not disappoint. I love that he took the time to share his knowledge with my son and we learned interesting history and facts about the area.
We ended up booking another charter with Angelo for my son the next day at high tide, and the catches started coming in.
Angelo cleaned and bagged our catch for us to to take home and enjoy and provided some tips on the best way to cook it up. It sure was tasty!!
Thank you so much, Angelo, for the amazing time! We enjoyed every moment and appreciate all the effort you put into making it special for my son. Now that I understand the timing of the charter to the tide, we will definitely plan our next one better. See you soon!!
