Stop fishing and start catching with Greg. He is Myrtle Beach’s premier surf fishing guide. Not only will he take you on a guided surf fishing trip, but if you are interested in learning how to catch more fish in the surf, he will teach you how. He brings his drone on every trip to get baits further off the beach to get after those bigger fish.

Around here fishing is popular for Redfish, Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Pompano, Blacktip Shark, Bonnethead Shark, Bull Shark, Whiting, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Black Drum, and more.
Rods, reels, and tackle are ready for you, as well as lures and live bait.
You will need to purchase a fishing license. This information is available on the South Carolina DNR website. Don’t leave home without sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation.

Greg was great! Didn't catch as many as we wanted but who does?!
It was a perfect day and Greg worked hard to make it memorable.
Would definitely recommend this for big families where not everyone wants to fish but everyone wants to be together and share the experience.

We had a great time! Caleb was very attentive, personable, friendly, and really did everything he could for us to catch fish. He even told me the “secret” and distracted me and well we caught a 8.1 foot Bull shark! Awesome experience for the whole family!!!

4 Hour Trip – Surf Fishing PM on May 22, 2025 • 10 adults
We had a great time fishing, I mean, catching with Greg! He was able to reschedule our excursion when our planned trip was rained out. All eight of us caught fish, mostly sharks, including a hammerhead! Doesn’t get much better than hanging out on the beach, having a few drinks, and catching with Greg. We all decided to do this again instead of our usual charter boat trip. Thanks Greg!

When we first arrived we thought we were going to be on a boat. We actually were fishing of the shoreline. Was very cool how we used a drone to take the line way out. If you book this trip make sure to bring chairs, snacks and drinks. Greg was super good and ran his butt off.
