Lake Conroe heeft een vis met jouw naam erop, dus laat Fish Head Water Sports je helpen om hem te vangen! Je gids voor de dag is Captain James, die je toegang geeft tot jarenlange sportvisserij-ervaring.
De vissen in deze wateren zijn onder andere Witte Baars, Meerval, Hybrid Striped Bass, en meer als je je lijn op het juiste moment van het jaar uitgooit. Voor deze soorten ga je waarschijnlijk trollen en bodemvissen.
Je dag begint aan boord van een 23' center console met ruimte voor 5 passagiers. Het heeft alle benodigdheden. Hengels, molens en materiaal zijn aanwezig. Mogelijk moet je voor de trip een lokale visvergunning aanschaffen. Deze informatie is meestal online beschikbaar, of je kunt het aan de schipper vragen. Je kunt niets fout doen als je snacks, drankjes, zonnebril en zonnebrandcrème (geen spray) meeneemt. Alcohol is in matige hoeveelheden toegestaan, vermijd alleen sterke drank en glazen flessen.

First Time Fisherman’s Best Friend!

This was my six year old son’s first fishing trip. Captain James had us catching fish but even more important, it was a great experience for my son. Captain James was super patient, had great banter and taught my son a ton! I can’t wait until we can head back out with Captain James! One thing to keep in mind, if you are booking for Sunday, there is a weekly tournament that launches from the same marina so there can be a little traffic.

Amazing FISHING charter experience!

This was our first charter fishing trip, and it exceeded every expectation. We had an incredible day on Lake Conroe and limited out on hybrid striped bass within the first hour, which really speaks to his knowledge of the lake and ability to time it right. We then went to fish catfish which was another hit. We made it out with a full ice chest.
He knows exactly where to go and when—it’s not luck, it’s experience. If you’re considering booking, trust him and follow his lead.
He was also great with our 12-year-old son—engaging, patient, and made the whole experience fun and easy from start to finish. Watching him clean the fish was definitely a memorable moment 😅
Highly recommend. We’ll absolutely be back.

Captain James made my son’s birthday fishing charter absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we got on the boat, he was friendly, patient, and clearly very knowledgeable. My son and his friend caught so many fish—it seemed like they were reeling one in every few minutes.
Captain James did a great job helping them, keeping things fun, and making sure they had the best experience possible. The boys had an amazing time and are still talking about it. If you’re looking for a fantastic fishing charter, I highly recommend Captain James. We’ll definitely be back!

I went out on a morning fishing trip with James and wow! it did not disappoint!
James was quick to assess what sort of fishing I wanted to do and set to work quick! We were out quickly to the first spot to see what was going on, after a short while there was nothing so James was keen to move and that was a perfect decision. With his knowledge of the lake he quickly got me onto a new spot and the fish just kept coming! multiple hook ups at once! the trip was everything i could wish for and more!
If i ever come back to the area again, id jump straight back to see James!!

Awesome fishing trip

We had such a fun & successful fishing trip with James, he's a great captain & fishing guide. My 19y/o son & 8 y/o daughter both had a blast & caught lots of fish. The boat was very nice & had plenty of room for our family of 4. He was quick to help us with our catch & kept fresh bait on all our poles. James is very nice, funny & knowledgeable. He even let my 8 y/o help him filet our fish, she thought that was so cool. We will definitely book James again for our next fishing trip at Lake Conroe.
