After 16 years away from New Zealand, I had the incredible opportunity to return home and experience the Hauraki Gulf like never before. My time on the water with Skipper Bryan made it all the more special. Bryan's deep knowledge of the area and his friendly, genuine personality created a truly memorable experience for our family. This was our children's first boat trip, and thanks to Bryan's expert guidance, they had an amazing time. My son Logan even caught his biggest fish ever – a beautiful snapper – while a shark bit my snapper in half mid fight, all which made the day extra special. Bryan was fantastic with the kids, making sure everyone was involved and enjoying the experience. Total catch, 99 and 1 snapper head. Being on my home waters again after so many years was truly nostalgic, and Bryan's professionalism and enthusiasm brought it all to life in a way that I’ll never forget. It is obvious he enjoys what he does, and has an incredible respect and love for the ocean and it was a pleasure fishing with him.
