There’s no guarantee when you’re fishing, but just some of the species you can catch around here include Largemouth Bass and more with any luck. For these species, you’re likely to use light tackle.
Trips with A#1 Bass Guide Service are open to the whole family, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!
Capt. Pete runs a 21’ Triton bass boat with space for 3 passengers. It comes with everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Pete will supply rods and reels for you, along with lures.
Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, a hat, and sunblock (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Our charter with Capt. Pete was really great! It was a beautiful day on the water. Pete was genuinely "just one of the guys" with good conversation and great fishing know how.
