Deze wateren staan bekend om Redfish, Binnensnoek, Gevlekte Ombervis, Trommelvis, Amerikaanse Bot, Permit, Schaapskopbrasem, Grijze Zeebaars, Gevlekte Koningsmakreel, Tarpon, Zeebladvis, Batjauwvis en meer – met een beetje geluk duurt het niet lang voordat je er een aan de haak slaat.
Tijdens deze trips kun je verwachten dat je licht materiaal gebruikt met spinvissen hengels en molens. Je zult vissen in de inshore en nabij de kust gebieden van de Golf van Mexico, evenals in de omliggende rivieren en kreken, afhankelijk van waar de vis zich ophoudt, het seizoen, getijden, weer, enz.
Je bevindt je aan boord van een 21' Flats Cat boot met ruimte voor 4 passagiers. Deze is uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een productieve dag op het water. Het is een ondieplopende boot die perfect is ontworpen om je een soepele, droge vaart te geven en je veilig naar en van de visgebieden te brengen. Schipper Mike zorgt voor hengels en molens, evenals kunstaas en levend aas.
Je visvergunning voor de dag is inbegrepen bij de charter, dus kom gewoon klaar voor een geslaagde dag! Sommige vissen hebben speciale regels, waaronder wanneer je ze mag houden. Als je niet weet wat je kunt verwachten, vraag het dan aan de schipper. Een paar dingen om mee te nemen zijn zonnebrandcrème (niet-spray) en een zonnebril. Water is gratis inbegrepen. Alcohol is toegestaan in gematigde hoeveelheden, maar vermijd sterke drank en glazen flessen.

I’m normally the guide doing what he did for my novice son-in-law and friend. They caught fish and learned a lot from Captain Mike. I also learned a few thins from him. Would recommend to anyone regardless of fishing experience. Very helpful and adaptive.

Best day of our holidays

We were on the water with Mike almost the entire day. Aside from the sun—which shone pretty relentlessly all day—it was a fantastic day. While we didn't catch any giants, there were more than enough fish for everyone on board. We never got bored, and Captain Mike always had the right idea for the next spot. He was great with my children, and my wife—who isn't an angler—also had a great time trying her luck that day.
Thank you so much—we'd love to go again!
