Stap aan boord van King Tide's onberispelijke en luxueuze 28' custom Northwest vismachine. Trips vertrekken vanaf onze privé aanlegplaats, slechts een steenworp verwijderd van de wereldberoemde Zalm, Heilbot & bodemvissen gronden van de Juan de Fuca Strait.
Verken de wateren van de legendarische vishotspots van Sooke, van Otter Point, Secretary Island, Trap Shack en vele andere. U wilt de adembenemende vergezichten en overvloedige zeefauna niet missen, van bultrug walvissen, bruinvissen, adelaars, zeehonden, orka's, otters en vele andere
U kunt er zeker van zijn dat uw groep comfortabel aan boord zal zijn, ongeacht het weer, in onze volledig afgesloten, verwarmde kajuit, zitplaatsen binnen en buiten, toilet en ruim open dek. Aangedreven door twin Suzuki 175pk buitenboordmotoren, zult u niet teleurgesteld worden door de kracht, technologie, veiligheid en comfort die dit schip vissers en gasten biedt.
Met alleen topklasse visuitrusting op elke trip (nieuwe rif zalmhengels, Islander MR3 molens, Avet Heilbot molens, premium materiaal, vers aas) bent u volledig uitgerust om uw vis van uw leven te haken en zelfverzekerd binnen te halen.
Aan het einde van uw trip, bij terugkeer naar onze privé aanlegplaats, wordt uw vangst vakkundig schoongemaakt, professioneel gefileerd en zorgvuldig verpakt in een stevige vistas.

Captain Andrew and Captain Shane were amazing.. very knowledgeable and great with little ones! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back the next time we are in Sooke <3 My 6 year old son hasnt stopped doing the fish dance since our trip!! Next time we swing by we will have an upgraded fish dance for the trip! Xx ~

Captain Andrew Black is a great Charter Captain ----------- I booked 2 half day trips with him back to back fishing for King salmon and Coho salmon
The dates were September the 9th and the 10th 2025 --------- we were into a lot of salmon on both days catching many salmon the first day and almost doubling that on the second day, it was great fun and Captain Andrew knows what he's doing and has 1st class rods and reels and equipment
His present boat is a 28 foot North River pilot house and it's an awesome fishing machine with heat to keep you warm on those chilly days ------------ he also has a flush toilet on load which is a blessing
You should do well fishing with Captain Andrew Black ------------ Why not give him a try

Cannot recommend Captain Andrew and King Tide highly enough! The boat was immaculate and comfortable, with more than enough room for all of us.
Andrew took us through the basics and got us underway into the salmon freeway in no flat. We had our first Pink Salmon on the deck in under 10 minutes of putting the lines in the water and we just kept hooking them from there!
We had kids along for the experience and Andrew took all the time to answer their questions and give us the most amazing day out together as a family. If you're looking for a great guide who is friendly and experienced, look no further. Book with King Tide today.

We had an incredible fishing trip this past weekend with King Tide Charters. From start to finish, Captain Cam were professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. We landed a beautiful, good-sized Chinook salmon and enjoyed some productive bottom fishing as well.
The boat was comfortable and well-equipped, and Captain Cam always knew just where to take us for the best chance at a catch. Whether you’re an experienced angler or a first-timer, they make the whole experience fun, safe, and memorable.
Highly recommend King Tide Charters and Captain Cam to anyone looking for an unforgettable day on the water.

Looking forward to fishing with you guys again first 2 minutes had salmon on lots of fun even got some good jigging action at the end of the day even the big catch of the day being a rock from the bottom of the ocean

Great Salmon Fishing, Highly Respects the Wildlife

Fishing with Capt Andrew and his deck hand Cam was great. they’re a really friendly duo and very knowledgeable and easy people to click with. as for the salmon fishing it was great trolling around and spotting whales while hooking into some good fish. and they fillet the fish really well. the bathroom and all the equipment on the boat was a huge plus and it was very nice of them asking for your own personal song suggestions for the sound system as well. they really try to care for your comfort and well being as well. if you’re getting sea sick they got lots of water and electrolytes on hand for you and they always like to ask if the temp in the cabin if warm enough for you. me and my family had a blast. wish the halibut were biting that day but that’s not on them it’s on the fish lol. glad the salmon fishing was good and consistent. they really do respect the wildlife and regulations here as i had some shady charters in the past. will definitely come back again and highly recommend them. and a huge plus is that on the private dock there’s a local seal family that love to visit
