Come and enjoy a great day of fishing aboard the Aqualina III. We specialize in skinny water fluke fishing. We typically fish anywhere from 3-10 feet of water in the calm, protected waters of Moriches Bay. We use light tackle consisting of small jigs, and braid to help you put a nice catch of summer flounder together.
The Aqualina III is a 30 foot Grady WHITE MARLIN which includes a cabin, and a enclosed bathroom for your convenience.
All rods are custom made by Lookout Custom Rods especially for this type of fishing. All tackle, bait, sinkers, GULP!, and ice are all included in the fee.
20% of the trip cost is the minimum tip for the mate that will be assisting you throughout the trip.
As a customer you only need to bring what you would like to drink or eat. We have a large cooler onboard specifically for food if you dont have one of your own.
We have just recently had a Minn Kota Trolling motor installed so we can give anglers an even better fishing experience.
All lifejackets, safety equipment are on the boat as well as a first aid kit.
We are a fully licensed and insured operation.
Ocean trips are available as well when condtions allow.
Special Long range Trophy East End Fluke Hunts are available as well when conditons permit.

Moriches is a unique, shallow fishery, and Capt Jeff knows it like the back of his hand. Combining his deep knowledge of the Bay with the right boat and suite of technologies to get on the right drifts over and over again - the latest trolling motor, live sonar to locate baitfish and structure in real time - this is a serious operation.
Capt Jeff and his crew are professional, courteous, and tailors their service to your level of skill; our trip had a mix of seasoned anglers and complete novices - everyone was taken care of equally. The boat was immaculate as well. Highly recommend Aqualina Charters, wish I lived closer to this incredible fishery!

Best Fluke Fishing in Years!

Fantastic charter in Moriches Bay. The top-of-the-line Grady-White is beautiful and extremely comfortable, and the spot lock kept us perfectly positioned for an ideal drift. Custom spinning tackle and fresh live killie bait were provided, making the fishing seamless. The captain Jeff and mate Bill were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the trip. We had great action throughout the entire trip throwing back a ton of shorts and keeping more than enough for a few dinners. I highly recommend this charter for anyone fishing Long Island waters.

3/4 day shallow water bay fluke trip
on June 26, 2025
We fished a 3/4 day bay fluke trip. Captain Jeff moved around the bay depending on tide to maximize our chances of catching fish. He uses quality equipment,and rigs or you can use your own if you prefer but.
The mate is right there to assist unhooking fish, tying rigs and offering advice if you are new to this type of fishing.
All around excellent trip, boat, captain and crew. I would highly recommend this trip for both beginners and experienced anglers.
I have already booked the first trip of the spring and plan of a couple other trips throughout the summer.

Captain Jeff and Mate were top notch. First class operation all the way . High end custom tackle and great bait . My son loved it. They were so nice to fish with . Had big fluke and plenty of action all day. We will booking more trips with Jeff again.
