Er zwemt een vis met jouw naam erop in Lake Texoma en Cap'n Tim Guide Service helpt je hem te vangen!

Gestreepte Zeebaars (Stripers) en meer kunnen in deze wateren worden gevonden als de omstandigheden goed zijn. Op deze trips is het gebruikelijk om te spinvissen met licht of zwaar materiaal.

Trips met Cap'n Tim Guide Service staan open voor het hele gezin, zodat iedereen kan komen en een dag kan ontspannen! Kinderen moeten zwemvesten dragen, dus informeer of de juiste maat aan boord beschikbaar is. Klanten worden aangemoedigd om snacks mee te nemen om vermoeidheid tijdens de trip te voorkomen!

Je vaartuig voor de dag is een 23' Falcon Striper Deluxe met ruimte voor 4 passagiers. Het is uitgerust met alle benodigdheden. Je vindt hengels, molens en materiaal klaarliggen, evenals kunstaas.

Je moet voor de trip een Texoma visvergunning ($12) aanschaffen. Deze informatie is meestal online beschikbaar, of je kunt het aan de schipper vragen.

Vergeet niet om een zonnebril, een hoed, zonnebrandcrème (geen spray) en flessenwater mee te nemen. Je bent welkom om andere drankjes, snacks en een koelbox mee te brengen. Alcohol is in matige hoeveelheden toegestaan, vermijd alleen sterke drank en glazen flessen.

We had a great day on the lake with Captain Tim! He was everything you could want in a guide: friendly, genuine, patient, funny and knowledgeable! He knew everything from the best place to find last minute fishing licenses on a Sunday to different island names and bird species to local restaurants to all the best spots to help us bring home 6 fish. We had two 10yo kids with us, one of whom had never been on a boat or fishing before. She was casting like a pro after a few tries and caught 3 fish (2 completely on her own). Tim was very calm and patient with the kids and both girls really felt comfortable with his guidance. He even asked if we’d like to bring the kids out to a secluded beach to swim in the lake for a little bit and they had an absolute blast - it was a perfect ending to our 1/2day (4hr) boat trip! By the end of the trip we felt like old friends. We would highly recommend Tim’s services and are already referring him to friends.

Fishing trip with captain Tim

With the conditions of the water, I was worried we wouldn’t have a good time. But captain Tim came in clutch. He was able to find not only where the fish were but came up with an excellent vision on getting them to bite. We ended up with over 20 catches when the other guides in the area were reporting 3-10 catches. Captain Tim is definitely who I’m going to for my next fishing trip at Lake Texoma!

We had a great experience with Cap’n Tim. He was kind, educational, got us on a ton of fish, and made it all a great experience. Tim had incredible rods and tackle and a nice boat. All 4 of us ended up limiting out. Fantastic day with the best guide you can get!
