Kyle will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but it's good to ask about this so you know if you'll be catching it yourself.

Your fishing license for the day is covered by the charter boat, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. If you don't know what to expect, ask the captain.
