Olivia J Charters biedt vistrips aan vanuit Freeport, Texas. Schipper Rodney Chapman neemt je mee om te vissen in de nabij de kust en open zee wateren van de Golf, en zal er hard aan werken om ervoor te zorgen dat je een fantastische en leuke dag op het water hebt.
Stap aan boord van zijn 29' Pro Sports ProKat center console met T-top, die wordt aangedreven door twee gloednieuwe Suzuki DF 175 4-takt buitenboordmotoren om je in no time naar de visactie te brengen. Dit vaartuig biedt voldoende ruimte voor maximaal zes vissers en biedt een stabiel en veilig visplatform vanaf alle delen van het dek. Het is uitgerust met GPS, fishfinder, marifoon, leefaastank, koelbox om je drankjes ijskoud en je vangst vers te houden, evenals een toilet voor je comfort.
Olivia J Charters biedt gedeelde halve dagtrips aan, evenals privé halve of dagtrips, en schipper Rod laat je graag de meest productieve methoden zien om je doelsoorten binnen te halen. Technieken omvatten vissen met licht materiaal, bodemvissen, trollen en driftvissen, en afhankelijk van de omstandigheden en het seizoen waarin je vist, kun je jezelf achter Goudmakreel, Koningsmakreel, Batjauwvis, Haai, Paardmakreel, Rode Snapper, Redfish, Trommelvis en meer aan vinden jagen. Trips zijn inclusief hengels, molens en materiaal, levend aas, kunstaas, evenals het schoonmaken en fileren van je vangst aan het einde van de dag. Brandstof is inbegrepen in de prijs. Anyone would love this trip! I would suggest at least 7 and that if they are mature and have patience. We caught our limit of fish and then Ethan cleaned them for us!! It was a great day.
If you have never road in the ocean on a boat, use dremamine before you get on the boat. One guy is our group was so sea sick, it was no fun for him. He was literally green at the gills!!

Really good beginner trip

The 5 hour afternoon state water trip was great for taking my son! He learned a lot and didn’t get sea sick. So I feel much better about booking a 8 or 10 hour trip. Best way for a youngster to start out offshore. If they do get sick it’s a short ride back to dock and you’re not out a ton of money! But don’t make no mistake thinking you’re going to go catch huge snapper, mahi-mahi, tuna, or grouper. This is a short range state water trip for kingfish, smaller state water snapper, redfish and shark. Go into it with the right expectations and you will have a great time. If you go into it thinking you going to catch Marlin you will be disappointed.

The Man, The Myth and The Legend!!! Captain Rodney!!!!

I have had several charters but Captain Rodney and Captain Ethan are hands down the greatest experience I have personally had. For starters, only me and my friend had booked the trip several weeks ago and expected others (folks we don’t know) to be on the trip as a shared charter. Unfortunately the others cancelled, but Captain Rodney didn’t even contact us to reschedule or cancel. Instead this man and his son took the time to take two old men from Oklahoma out on the water and try to put us on the fish. Not only did he put us on them, he had us reeling in fish almost from the start. I know I am personally blessed to have some awesome memories with one of my best friends and two new great guys (Captain Rodney and Captain Ethan). Thanks again for the great time boys and we will definitely see you again soon.

Employee fishing trip!

We had an excellent fishing trip. The captain and deckhand were both very knowledgeable and did a great job putting us on good fish throughout the trip. They made the experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back again!

I have gone on many fishing trips on all kinds of boats. Olivia J is definitely one of the best trips I have been on. We havedine 3 trips with them and all were awesome. We caught a lot of fish. The boat is very clean and well kept. I cannot say enough about how good the Captain and crew are, very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and just nice people. Made it very enjoyable for my 10 year old son and that was the most important thing to me. He caught several really large fish on all trips. Very good experience. Highly recommend.
