Kapitein Dan nodigt je uit om met hem mee te varen aan boord van zijn 35' Downeast. Het is een Bruno Stillman Sportfish boot, gebouwd in 2010 en gerestaureerd in 2017 – je zult geen enkel comfort van een modern vaartuig missen! Haar ruime dek biedt plaats aan 6 vissers om comfortabel te vissen, zonder ellebogen te stoten of materiaal om te gooien. Je reist in comfort naar je visgronden, ze is zeer stabiel en vaart soepel – aangedreven door een 375 PK Volvo motor.

De vissen voor de kust van Quincy zijn talrijk en wachten praktisch op een visser om hen een goede dril te geven! In de wateren dichter bij de kust ga je in juni, juli en augustus op Amerikaanse Bot. De beroemde Gestreepte Zeebaars is de hele zomer beschikbaar, van juni tot oktober. Je vist overal in Quincy Bay, Boston Harbor en de wateren van Stellwagen Bank.

Als je de prestigieuze Blauwvintonijn van je verlanglijstje wilt afvinken, is de tonijntrip precies wat je zoekt. Deze spannende, krijsende offshore actie is beschikbaar tussen augustus en november. Schelvis is ook een vis waar je op kunt vissen, van april tot november. Vergeet niet een camera mee te nemen om je trofee-vangst vast te leggen!

Kinderen van alle leeftijden zijn welkom op inshore vistrips, maar we vereisen een minimumleeftijd van 13 jaar voor offshore actie. We verstrekken reddingsvesten in alle maten. Levend aas wordt tijdens de trip gevangen. Een volledig toilet zorgt voor comfort, zelfs op langere trips, evenals een wasbak om je op te frissen tussen epische beten door.

I (62) scheduled this trip for my son (32), my Son-in-law (38) and two grandsons (8 & 12). Being from Iowa, we are not “avid fishermen”. The crew was professional, helpful, courteous and most of all patient. My goal was to give these young men a “experience of a lifetime” that they could hold in their hearts forever. Capt. Dan and crew did everything they could to ensure that this happened. Mission Accomplished!!! The experience of being on a large boat, catching bait-fish (almost as big as anything we’ve caught before) and catching several large “stripped bass”. As “G’pa”, I received the honors of the BIGGEST fish!!! (too big to keep! LOL!) I highly recommend First Bite Charters for an experience of building memories for a lifetime with your family.

We booked a 5 hour trip for my 12 year old son’s Birthday. Kids had a blast ! It was a nice relaxing day on the water. Dan and Tom did everything and more to put us on the fish. Highly recommended booking with Captain Dan! Can’t wait to do it again!

Full Day Trip - Inshore op August 17, 2024 • 6 volwassenen
Booked the 7 hour Striper Charter, We had an amazing trip everyone in our group of 6 caught 2-3 Stripers each plus a fun blue fish Bycatch. It was our groups first time fishing Boston harbor and were surprised how congested the fishing spots can get so the crew has their hands full. From past trips and from today the first 4-5 hours was close to non stop action but once’s the tides shifted the bite stopped entirely. If I was to book a trip again I would definitely consider the half day charter. My friends can’t wait to go again!
