Galveston Black Drum Fishing Charters

On this six hour private trip, you will be go out to the platforms and up and down the beachfront of Galveston. Targeted fish are Tarpon, Kingfish, Sharks, Spanish Mackerel, sharks and Tripletail. You will need to bring a valid Texas fishing license, food and beverages, sunglasses, a hat, sunblock but not in spray, comfortable light colored soled shoes and seasickness medications if needed. Best time to go on this trip: July, August & September

This trip is like the 4-hour bay and jetty trips but gives you more time on the water—meaning more fish in your icebox by the end! Capt. Michael can fillet your catch so it’s ready for the oven. Be sure to check with the captain about any extra fuel surcharge for offshore trips.

This will be a half day trip starting at 6 am. This half day trip will take you miles offshore where you will target Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper, Kingfish, and Cobia. Please check with the captain if there is an extra fuel surcharge for offshore trips.

This is a 5-hour inshore trip that targets the area's top inshore species, such as Redfish, Trout, Flounder, and more. This is a great half day trip for beginners and for families. Come explore the Galveston Bay and jetty complex! Remember to bring your fishing license, appropriate clothing (no dark shoe soles or jeans), and drinks and snacks.

Head out onto the water for a morning of great fishing. Comb the sheltered waters around local jetties for a ton of awesome inshore species. Target Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Jack, sharks, and much more. This trip is great for families. Bring your sunscreen, beverages, and snacks. If needed, pack your seasickness medication. There are no fuel charges for this trip.

On this 5-hour trip, we will fish the Galveston jetties and other areas in East, West, and Trinity Bay. We will be targeting Red Drum, Speckled Trout, and Flounder just to name a few. If we aren't doing well in one location, we will move to get on the fish.

On this 6-hour fishing adventure, you'll spend time both light rod fishing and heavy tackle fishing. It is the perfect trip and time to experience a little of both worlds. You will target both smaller fish and the big ones!! This is the crew's favorite trip and is recommended to everyone!

A light and heavy-action trip targeting various neashore species. It departs 6:30 a.m. - 7:00 a.m. and returns to the dock 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Embark on a fantastic near shore fishing adventure departing from Galveston! This trip, bait included, takes about 40 min to reach our first site. We may troll a few lines on the way to some of the artificial reefs and rigs in the area, as well as some other, sunk wrecks, and oil rigs along the way. This is excellent trip to get feet wet for offshore trips. Spend at least 4-6 hours fishing on-sites, then enjoy a swift return back to Galveston Yacht Marina.

You and Captain Anthony will be fishing for 6 hours which gives you plenty of opportunity to have lots of fun and fill your cooler with fish. The variety of species you can catch includes Spanish Mackerel, Shark, Redfish, Sheepshead, and more.
