Captiva Cobia Fishing Charters

Dreaming of a big, plus-sized saltwater trophy fish? Thats what we focus on these trips! Gigantic Goliath Grouper, Barracuda with gnarly sharp teeth, Amberjack-the reef donkey, toothy Sharks, and others will have your reels screaming! This trip is designed for the sportsman who wants to fight big, powerful fish as opposed to bringing home the meat. However, there’s always a chance to catch something you can put on the dinner table! These hard fighting predators are sure to leave your arms sore!

Spend 6 hours inshore and/or nearshore fishing. Depending on what species you'd like to catch, as well as the seasons, we will plan accordingly. Inshore species include Snook, Redfish, Tarpon, and Trout. The nearshore fisheries extend from Snappers to Groupers, to Amberjacks, Cobia, and Sharks. All trips are catered to the customer, so let the captain know if you'd like to relax at any point.

This 6-hour trip gives you ample time to explore Southwestern Florida's diverse fishing terrain! Stay closer to shore and go after Redfish and Snook, or head a little further out to try your luck with Cobia and Kingfish. All your gear is provided, just bring snacks and drinks to keep you going throughout the day.

A full day trip offers the most flexibility meaning you'll be able to fish multiple tides and move between spots as necessary. This adventure will give you the best chance to catch a monster fish.

Target all kinds of fish including Snook, Redfish, Trout, Snapper, Grouper, and more. Capt. Cody will take you inshore and nearshore, where you'll be able to go after more fish species. This trip is great for experienced anglers and beginners!

A customized fishing trip includes bait, gear and tackle, licenses, water, and ice for up to 4 fisherman. targeting local and seasonal fish including Redfish, Snapper, Cobia, Seatrout, Sharks, King/Spanish Mackerel, and nearshore bottom species. This trip is weather dependent and will be tailored to the needs and desires of the customer, including optional float plans. Suitable for children over 12 years old, and all fishing is in State Waters (inside of 9 miles).

This 6-hour morning trip will take you to the inshore waters and allow you to target many inshore game species as well as Shark. The captain will provide everything needed for the trip, so just be there on time and have lots of fun!

Spending as much as 8 hours fishing allows you to cover more spots and catch more fish. Come enjoy Florida's lovely nature and fish-packed waters on a trip you won't soon forget. You and the captain will start the trip at 8:00 a.m.

Whether you’re looking to just get out on the water and catch fish or take home fish for dinner, we can do it all. In the spring through summer months our inshore fishing charters will be primarily targeting snook, tarpon, redfish, and trout. In the fall the redfish fishing heats up and we shift to targeting them on oyster bars and flats! In the winter time we will be targeting sheepshead, trout and snapper. 1-4 people.
