Houma Flounder Fishing Charters

Enjoy the morning bite and target Redfish, Speckled Trout, Drum, Flounder, and more exciting species. This trip will begin approximately 15 minutes before sunrise. However, the departure time can be flexible to fit your schedule. Charter lasts approximately 6+ hours. We are typically fishing within 10 - 25 minutes of leaving our dock. We usually return to our private dock by 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. 4 people maximum per boat plus the captain. If lodging with Us we will pick up at YOUR DOCK

On this trip, you'll spend 6 hours fishing for inshore species – Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Bass, Drum, and Sheepshead in and around Lafitte/Barataria basin.

Afternoon trips are a summertime treat. With the sun going down and a cool breeze our afternoon trips provide a comfortable, yet productive experience. The swamp really comes alive as the sun starts to go down. We'll take you to some inshore oil facilities and backwater swamp areas to catch Speckled Trout and Red. Rods, reels, tackle, and cleaning are included in the price of the trip.

Lafitte is only 45 min from New Orleans, and you'll be on your way to catch Redfish, Trout, and Black Drum. After the trip, Captain Mike will clean the fish, bag them u,p and you can take them home or take them to the restaurants and they will cook them for you.

The full day trip is an optional 8 hours on the water full of fun and fishing either in the marsh of South Louisiana or on Louisiana’s coast, targeting Speckled Trout and Redfish. The captain will provide all the poles, reels, and terminal tackle. He also covers you for live bait (live shrimp) water, and chips on the boat. All other drinks, food, and snacks are up to your choice.

A half day trip typically starts at 6am and try to be back at the dock for 12pm-1pm. Ice for fish and drinks are included. Fish cleaning and bagging are also included along with pictures. If wanting to fish multiple days lodging is available along with meal plans. If more than 1 boat is needed that can also be arranged.
