Golfito Roosterfish Fishing Charters

The adventure starts on the Sierpe River enjoying the beautiful landscape for 45 minutes until you reach the mouth of the river. Have your camera ready for wildlife and nature snaps! Once you reach the ocean, you'll head out 14 miles to Isla del Caño. Here you can capture fish such as Cubera Snapper, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Bluefin Trevally, Barracuda, Sea Bass, Grouper, Pampano, and Roosterfish. Included are drinks and fishing gear. Please bring your own snacks and sunscreen.

This offshore adventure leaves at dawn and it'll take you about an hour to get to the desired fishing spot. Once there, you'll fish all day and head back to the port around 5:30 PM. You'll get the chance to try out a variety of techniques and target many popular species such as Sailfish, Mahi Mahi, Roosterfish, and Marlin.

You'll enjoy an 8-hour journey to the area's offshore or inshore waters. Offshore you can fish for Sailfish, Marlin, Tuna, and Dorado, while inshore waters offer you to chase Snapper and Roosterfish. The captain provides everything you need except for fly fishing gear.
