Jekyll Island Bonnethead Shark Fishing Charters

Bring your family aboard for Amelia Island fishing! You will bottom fish inshore for Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Flounder, Sharks, and more. A fishing license and all gear are provided. You may keep your catch and Capt. Scott will clean it for you. Departure time is flexible throughout the day depending on your interests and when the best fishing is available. This trip is great for anglers of all skill levels, including children. You'll be fishing in protected waters around Jekyll, Cumberland, and St. Simons Islands. Your target species for the day include Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Flounder, and Black Drum. Fishing tackle and licenses are included in the price, so just bring sun protection, as well as snacks and drinks, and you're all set. Please note, the departure time may vary depending on tide conditions.

You will fish within 3 miles of land at the Saint Marys inlet. You will be targeting redfish, tarpon, whiting, black drum, sharks, kingfish, and cobia

On this popular trip, you can go after Vermilion Snapper, Red Snapper (if in season), Kingfish, Triggerfish, Black Seabass, Grouper, and others. You'll mostly be bottom fishing. The fishery is open all the year and welcomes everybody. The exact species you'll chase will depend on the season and these trips altogether are weather dependent.

Big redfish that are over the slot for keeping . ( catch and release only ) 38' to 50' . We tag fish upon request . Big family fun with huge redfish from mid September to early November depending on the water temperatures.
