Jekyll Island Spanish Mackerel Fishing Charters

Give yourself a couple of extra hours and spend more time at the hottest spot of the day. This extended trip will give you more shots at your target and a chance to land some seriously big fish. Your main targets will be popular local species such as Redfish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Blacktip Shark, and more.

Head out into the blue waters of Georgia and fish for a wide range of species! The main star of this show is Red Snapper, but you can also go after Kingfish, Spanish Mackerel, Black Seabass, Cobia, and other species. You will be going offshore.

This trip can take you fishing either in the gorgeous inshore waters of Jekyll Island, going after Spotted Seatrout and Redfish, or out into the nearshore waters, where you will target large Sharks and Tarpon. All required equipment is supplied by the charter operator.

You can never go wrong with some inshore fishing in the morning and that's exactly what this 4-hour trip is all about. The ride to the best spots will take only 15-25 minutes and you'll get to battle Sharks,Redfish, and many other cool inshore species.

This trip is great for anglers of all skill levels, including children. You'll be fishing in protected waters around Jekyll, Cumberland, and St. Simons Islands. Your target species for the day include Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Flounder, and Black Drum. Fishing tackle and licenses are included in the price, so just bring sun protection, as well as snacks and drinks, and you're all set. Please note, the departure time may vary depending on tide conditions.

We’ll target Tarpon with mostly artificial baits and occasional we may use live bait. 3 people max

This trip is 2 hours longer than most. (6 hours total) You and the captain will go up to 30 miles offshore and fish for King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Black Seabass, Red Snapper, and others. Bring nothing but what you want to eat and drink, and a cooler to bring fish home in it.

This trip is designed for those who want to take their angling to the next level and have extra time to target the fish in season for a little longer than our regular half-day fishing trip. Please bring sunscreen (lotion) and proper clothing.

We offer five-hour excursions exploring nearshore marine environments or inland waterways, with excellent opportunities to fill your cooler. Fall species are abundant, with cooler temperatures drawing them to the edges of creeks, coastlines, and reefs. Larger fish are found in deeper nearshore waters, sounds, and rivers. Migrating bull redfish are currently congregating around coastal structures off St. Simons and Jekyll, presenting a prime opportunity for a trophy catch-and-release experience.
