Homestead Tarpon Fishing Charters

This extended half-day trip gives us the time to reach farther, less-pressured fishing spots and fully explore the flats, mangroves, and backcountry waters of the Florida Keys. With extra time on the water, we increase the chances of targeting inshore species like snook, redfish, sea trout, tarpon, and more depending on conditions. Ideal for all experience levels. This charter operates inside Everglades National Park and requires a $35 park entrance pass per group, paid separately by guests.

The Keys are your Oyster. Choose to fish anywhere from Miami to Key West, taking advantage of the incredible inshore backcountry waters. All along these seas, you'll find fantastic fish, such as Snook and Permit for a good game, or Grouper and Snapper to take home for a delicious treat.

This 5-hour trip is the perfect amount of time for you to spend in the Florida Everglades, backcountry waters of Florida. Choose between 2 possible locations: Upper Key Largo, or the Everglades National Park. You will be able to target the fish of your dreams: Cobia, Goliath Grouper, Permit or Snook – all depending on your desires and the location!

Sunrise to around 4:00 p.m. - Full days allow you to run far, fish less-pressured waters, and get in tune with what the fish are doing that day. Just remember to message Capt. Paul before booking about what your ideal day would look like; What fish would you like to target, quantity over quality, are you interested in sight fishing, are you able to fish out of a canoe? What level of experience do you have fishing? All these are helpful in putting together a one-of-a-kind, enjoyable and successful trip.

Patch Reef / Everglades. Head out to the Patch Reef through the clear Keys waters to catch a variety of reef fish. Or, head out back to the Everglades which is always an adventure, you never know what you will see while you're fishing!

Half day is plenty of time to enjoy fishing and still make it back in time for some lunch on the water or just relaxing the rest of your day .

Climb aboard with Captain Pat for an introduction to sportfishing in the stunning Florida Keys! You’ll be fishing on Captain Pat’s 24-foot Blazer Bay, a fully equipped bay boat with a 300 HP engine. The boat features GPS, Fishfinder, Live Bait Well, Multimedia System, Wireless Trolling Motor, and an Ice Box to keep your catch fresh. The type of fishing we do will depend on the weather and your goals for the day, ensuring a personalized experience every trip.

When in the Everglades, it's typically Snook and Tarpon who come out to play, while we do come across the occasional Redfish, Black Drum, and Shark during certain times of the year. On these trips, we will navigate miles into the mangrove estuaries in search of mainly Snook and Tarpon. Be ready for one of the most scenic fishing adventures you've experienced yet! Everything from alligators, manatees, otters, and dolphins to even giant pythons are often seen on these trips!

Come fish the amazing fishery in the Keys. Most recommended trip because of the time on the water. We will spend most of the time using a trolling motor along the mangroves or fishing near bridges. Enjoy the beautiful natural scenery of the flats and the Florida backcountry fishery. Trip times vary on the best time to go out.

On this saltwater adventure, we will work on Biscayne Bay, mangroves, inlets, and bridges. targeting Snapper, Grouper, Snook, Permit, Tarpon, and Speckled Trout. This is a great trip for kids, beginners, and for days when it's rough offshore. The trip includes fuel, water, ice, bait, chum, fishing gear, and a license. Up to 4 anglers.
