Georgia Tarpon Fishing Charters

This inshore package is one of the best on the Coast! You will fish with live bait including Shrimp, Fiddler Crabs, Mud Minnows, and artificial baits such as Gulp Minnows and jigs. Targeted species include Trout, Redfish, Flounder, Sheepshead, and more. Be sure you bring your camera and your cooler!

This trip can take you fishing either in the gorgeous inshore waters of Jekyll Island, going after Spotted Seatrout and Redfish, or out into the nearshore waters, where you will target large Sharks and Tarpon. All required equipment is supplied by the charter operator.

Book this trip to spend a whole day fishing for the prized species this area has to offer. The full-day trips allow for expanded fishing areas that may be subject to tide level access. You'll have an experienced captain who'll take you to the best fishing grounds. Target a variety of species like Redfish, Trout, Flounder, Tarpon, and Whiting. The captain will have all the equipment you need, just bring sunscreen. There's a cooler and ice on board but make sure to bring food and drinks, and you're all set!

This trip is great for anglers of all skill levels, including children. You'll be fishing in protected waters around Jekyll, Cumberland, and St. Simons Islands. Your target species for the day include Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Flounder, and Black Drum. Fishing tackle and licenses are included in the price, so just bring sun protection, as well as snacks and drinks, and you're all set. On this popular trip, you can go after Vermilion Snapper, Red Snapper (if in season), Kingfish, Triggerfish, Black Seabass, Grouper, and others. You'll mostly be bottom fishing. The fishery is open all the year and welcomes everybody. The exact species you'll chase will depend on the season and these trips altogether are weather dependent.

During our summer season fishing, The local Georgia coast waters begin to turn into a battleground as baitfish, locally known as “pogies,” menhaden, start to flourish by the thousands, and Tarpon start their annual migration season off the coast of Tybee Island and Savannah. Adrenaline starts to course through your body as the sight of Tarpon busting through schools of bait and the feeding frenzy is in full swing! With fish ranging from 65 to 185 pounds, let this trip be a lifetime memory!
