New York Chinook Salmon Fishing Charters

On this morning trip, you will be fishing for Trout and Salmon on Lake Ontario.

Join Capt. Mike on an adventure of a lifetime. You'll chase some of the biggest Salmon and Trout species you've ever seen. You'll have an expert guide to take you to some of the most productive honey holes along the Salmon River or Lake Ontario. Gear and tackle are provided, just be sure to get your fishing license before the trip and get ready to fill the boat up with some monster fish!

This morning trip will take you fishing the productive waters of Lake Ontario from Fair Haven, New York. Your main target will be Brown Trout, salmon, steelhead or lake trout depending on the conditions.

If you wish to take your catch home, don't forget to bring a cooler. Prepare your food and drinks for the day and get ready to catch some fish. You'll target various kinds of Trout and Salmon by trolling. Don't forget to purchase your fishing license.

If you'd like to test the local bite and experience this rich fishery but aren't too excited about early mornings, this is your trip. Although many anglers prefer the AM slots and fill them up first, PM trips often outperform the AM bite. So if you're looking to finish your day with a tasty catch, look no further!

A 6-hour guided fishing trip via drift boat or shore fishing on the Salmon River and/or Oswego River. The captain provides all fishing gear except waders & a NYS fishing license. Come fish with him and he’ll teach you the technique to catch trophy fish. Be prepared for slimy hands!

Our 6 - hour Lake Ontario Charters run out of the mouth of the Salmon River. We fish May through the first week of October. We target a variety of species based on time of year. Peak Brown Trout fishing is in the month of May. Peak Lake Trout fishing is May through August. Peak King Salmon fishing July through September. 35 years of experience!

Join us on a 17-foot drift boat and float the Salmon River! Avoid the crowded banks and get to fish that you can't walk to! All fishing rods and tackle are provided. You just need to bring waders and a positive mental attitude! Trip start time is flexible, and as always, discounts for wounded veterans! Pricing is as follows: 1 person 400, 2 person 500, 3 person 600. The departure time is subject to change; please contact the captain 72 hours before departure for exact info.

This trip includes a 7-8 hour trip for 450. We will target Salmon and Steelhead in my 17' Hyde fiberglass. Come catch a drag-screaming King in the fall or come catch an acrobatic Steelhead in the winter!
