Captain Eric Tilman started his guiding career in 1987, while guiding for various outfitters in Montana and Idaho. We were lucky enough to start our own charter business here in Wyoming in 2021. We can't wait to help you build a lifelong memory. Eric is a certified USCG Merchant Mariner credentialed captain. He is also current in First Aid and CPR. Eric's knowledge of fish behavior and habitat makes a day on the water an enjoyable experience. Of course, there are always many fish tales to share as well. โ€‹

The large cutthroats are chomping and the splake are pretty shallow. They are shollow and spread out. You donโ€™t always mark fish this time of year as they are near the surface. We have been having good success covering water and keeping our gear up high. Still have a few open spots for late May and June.

Trout fishing on buffalo bill reservoir
