This captain knows his stuff and will hustle for the big fish. We constantly moved around searching for fish and no time was wasted. Great guy too, seasoned captain

My sons and I were in NYC for a late summer vacation and wanted to try our hand at catching a Striper. I first contacted another captain who directed me to the the Karen Ann and Capt Vinnie. Even with the remnants of Hurricane Debbie having just left the area, Capt Vinnie was able to put us on oversized Stripers within sight of lower manhattan much to the delight of my boys. Highly recommend. Only wish we had been in town the week before to chase the bluefin and cobia.

Captain Vinnie is the best! Communication and hospitality was A1. I came from Florida and wasn’t expecting such a windy day. Captain Vinnie was nice enough to find an extra hoodie in his compartment to let me wear during the trip. I was extremely grateful for that gesture. We had a ton bites and, even better, were able to keep a few. Captain’s firsthand was also awesome! He kept bait on everyone’s line and was super fast re-lining (when needed).

Captain and Mate definitely made this trip personable. They didn’t hold back from treating us like family. Took a second for me to learn the fishing lingo but Miles was more than patient in showing me the ropes. My son loves Captains way about him what can ya say he is authentically him. The fishing was great caught amazing striper and some blue fish. I honestly think this trip wouldn’t have been the same without Captain Vinnie and Miles.
