Techniques
Captain Martin is proficient at all types of sport fishing in the waters off the coast of Catalina Island. This includes dropper loops, trolling, light tackle, plastics, live bait and fresh/frozen (specific to the species), bottom fishing, spinning gear, paddy hopping and tuna fishing. We practice catch and release as much as possible when clients don't want to keep fish.
