We had an unforgettable experience paddlefish fishing with Billy. From the moment we met him, he was personable, knowledgeable, and just a genuinely great guy to spend the day with. He didn’t just take us out and do the work for us—he taught my sons how to fish properly, showing them how to use the top-notch gear and letting them do it themselves. You could tell he really cared about making it a great learning experience for them.

We ended up catching way more fish than we expected, and the whole trip was just a blast from start to finish. We’re from out of state, but this was so good we’re already talking about making it a yearly tradition. The pricing was totally reasonable, but honestly, the experience was priceless. This trip exceeded every expectation we had. If you’re thinking about booking—stop thinking and just do it. You won’t regret it.

Billy put us on the Spoonbill and the rest was history. Reeled in 10 or 11 fish and even though it was a cold afternoon he still relentlessly kept trying to catch more fish. What an incredible experience and certainly worth every penny.

Took my 15 year old out with his friends for his birthday. Fun to be around and very good at putting you in the fish! We’ll be back!
