The Spoonbill fishing on Ft Gibsn lakeis really good. The Sooonbill have moved from the 60' of water int9o the 35-40 fow. It wont be but a couple of weeks before they ake a mamanor move up the river. We are catchin multiple fish per customer as usuall.

I had 2 trips on saturday February 2nd. The fishing was really good, on my first trip i had four people from Kansas fishing and we landed 14 paddlefish with the big fish was 62 pounds. Fun times. My second trip i also had 4 ppl fishing from the okc area. We landed 19 paddlefish, lost 3 and big fish was 60 pounds with several in thr 50 pound range.

What a blast we had taking the grandkids fishing on my day off. I believe we had around 90 whitebass which isnt uncommon for a really good day of white bass fishing in April on the upper river from Ft Gibson.

Saturday trip we never even got the boat on plane. We pulled away from the boat ramp trolled out about a 100 yards, we started marking fish on the Lowrance HDS 12 Gen3 fish locator and it was on. We set out the rods and immediately started Snagging spoonbill. We were in about 40' of water. We caught 15-17 Spoonbill on Saturday with the biggest just over 50 pounds water temperature was 37 degrees and windy
