Background: I moved to Duluth in 2005 and soon fell in love with fishing Lake Superior. In June of 2022, I purchased my 34' Silverton and began working toward starting my own Fishing Charter. We are very excited to begin a new season in 2024!
Techniques: Spring usually starts with fishing surface or near the surface with planer boards. As the water warms, we begin running a little deeper, often with dipsy divers and lead core. Later in the season, we transition to downriggers.

Got this Northern Pike today on Lake Sup

The weather caused our trip to end early today, but got lucky with an unusual catch for our area with this Northern Pike. Did catch several walleye in the harbor after getting off Lake Superior. Big winds shutting things down for a few days.

Walleye are still biting in the bay, Lake Trout, Brown Trout, and Coho Salmon are being caught near the Wisconsin Entry all the way to the Lift Bridge in Duluth.

Lots of Lake Trout biting between Duluth and the Superior Entry in 80 feet of water. Most were caught on spoons, and the Creative Touch Watermelon Spoon was in fire!
